تحلیل اثرات محیط های تاثیرگذار بر رضایت مندی گردشگران شهر اصفهان

از دیرباز محیط‌های متعددی سیاسی، اقتصادی، تکنولوژیکی و رقابتی بر روند گردشگری در کشورها تاثیرگذار بوده است. چرا که معمولاً گردشگران مقاصدی را به منظور گذران اوقات فراغت خود انتخاب می‌نمایند که علاوه بر وجود جاذبه‌های تاریخی و فرهنگی ا از نظر امکانات و خدمات از مناظق رقیب بالاتر بوده، همگام با فناوری و تکنولوژی روز باشد، از نظر اقتصادی نسبت به مناطق مشابه مقرون به صرفه تر و از نظر سیاسی و حقوقی تقریبا مشابه با کشور مبدا باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل اثرات محیط های تاثیرگذار بر رضایت مندی گردشگران شهر اصفهان می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر ماهیت توصیفی تحلیلی و از نظر هدف، از نوع پژوهش‌های کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی است. در این پژوهش برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (شامل فراوانی، انحراف معیار و میانگین )، آمار استنباطی (آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای، آزمون خی دو، آزمون رتبه‌ای دبلیو کندال و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) استفاده شده است. نتایج توصیفی و استنباطی پژوهش نشان می دهد که میزان رضایت گردشگران خارجی از محیط‌های تکنولوژیک، رقابتی، اقتصادی و سیاسی حقوقی در سطح پایینی قرار دارد. بر اساس نتایج آزمون رتبه‌ای دبلیو کندال در سطح 99 درصد اطمینان مشخص گردید که سطح کیفی و رضایت گزدشگران خارجی از محیط تکنولوژیک با آماره کندال 2.78 در بالاترین سطح و سطح کیفی و رضایتمندی محیط رقابتی با آماره کندال 1.98 در پایین‌ترین سطح قرار داشته است...

Analysis of Effects of Effective Environment on Satisfaction of Isfahan Tourists

For many time, the various political, economic, technological and competitive environments have been influential in the development of tourism in the countries. Because usually tourists choose to spend their leisure time, in addition to having historical and cultural attractions in terms of facilities and services, they are more competitive than they are with technology and technology, economically compared to similar areas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of influential environments on the satisfaction of tourists in Isfahan. The present research is descriptiveanalytic in nature and in terms of purpose, it is a type of applied research and in terms of data collection, library and fieldwork. . In this research, descriptive statistics (frequency, standard deviation and mean), inferential statistics (single sample T test, Chi square test, Wendel Kendall rank test and Pearson correlation coefficient) were used to analyze the data. The descriptive and inferential results of the research indicate that the level of satisfaction of foreign tourists from the technological, competitive, economic, and politicallegal environments is at a low level. Based on the results of the Wendel Kendall Rank test at 99% confidence level, it was determined that the quality level and satisfaction of foreign employees from the technological environment with Kendall statistics 2.78 were at the highest level and the level of quality and satisfaction of the competitive environment with the Kendall statistical 1.98 was at the lowest level. .
