انتخاب مسیرهای بهینه گردشگری شهری با بهره‌گیری از مدل‌های چیدمان فضا و تحلیل شبکه‌ای

چگونگی تشخیص و انتخاب مسیرهای بهینه گردشگری می‌تواند در راستای ارتقای کیفیت فضاهای تاریخی، فرهنگی و تفریحی شهرها بسیار کارآمد و تاثیرگذار باشد. پژوهش حاضر با انتخاب شهر نایین –به‌عنوان یکی از شهرهای تاریخی و ارزشمند ایران که آثار و فضاهای تاریخی و فرهنگی بسیار مهمی را در خود جای داده است تلاش دارد یکی از مسیرهای گردشگری تاریخی فرهنگی در این شهر را به‌عنوان مسیر بهینه گردشگری در شهر نایین معرفی نماید. این پژوهش از نوع توسعه‌ای کاربردی بوده، روش انجام آن توصیفی تحلیلی است و داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق مطالعات اسنادی و میدانی گردآوری شده‌اند. ابتدا برای مسیرهای بهینه گردشگری چهار معیار خدماتی، کالبدی فضایی، فرهنگی و عملکردی تعریف و برای هر کدام از آن‌ها زیرمعیارهایی تبیین شدند: تاسیسات زیربنایی، خدمت رفاهی؛ کاربری، سیمای شهری، زیبایی، کیفیت، اختلاط، تنوع، کوتاهی، شبکه معابر، نزدیکی؛ هویت، قدمت، جاذبه و عناصر تاریخی؛ ایمنی و امنیت، پیوستگی، انعطاف‌پذیری. سپس از طریق تحلیل نقشه‌های محوری مسیرهای موجود و بررسی ساختار فضایی شهر به دو صورت فراگیر و محلی با استفاده از روش‌ چیدمان فضا(space syntax) و از سوی دیگر، تحلیل و رتبه‌بندی مسیرها بر اساس معیارها و زیرمعیاری مطرح‌شده با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل شبکه‌ای(anp)، دو محور تاریخی فرهنگی دروازه پنجاهه تا دروازه کلوان و دروازه نوگاباد تا دروازه چهل‌دختران، تحلیل، امتیازدهی و رتبه‌بندی شدند. از طریق جمع‌بندی برآیند تحلیل‌ها و رتبه‌ها، محور اول موردبررسی (مسیر دروازه پنجاهه تا دروازه کلوان) با کسب امتیاز بیشتر، به‌عنوان مسیر بهینه گردشگری شهر نایین انتخاب گردید.

Selecting Optimal Urban Tourism Routes by Space Syntax Model and ANP

How to identify and select optimal tourism paths can be very effective and effective in improving the quality of historical, cultural and recreational spaces of cities. The present study, with the selection of the city of Nayin as one of the historic and valuable cities of Iran, which has significant cultural and historical boundaries is trying to find one of the historical and cultural tourist routes in the city as a route Tourism Optimization in Naying City. This research is an appliedtodevelopment study. The methodology is descriptiveanalytic and data collection is compiled through documentary and field studies. First, for the optimal routes of tourism, four criteria of service, physical, spatial, cultural and functional were defined and for each of them, subcriteria were explained. Then, through the analysis of the axial maps of the existing routes and the study of the spatial structure of the city in both universal and localized using the Space Syntax method, and, on the other hand, analyzing and ranking the paths based on criteria And the subcriteria proposed by using the ANP, the two historicalcultural axes, Pivot Gate to the Gate of Kalvan and Gate of Nogabad to the Gate of Forty Girls, were analyzed, ranked and ranked. By collecting the results of these analyzes and ratings, the first axis of the survey (Pivden Gateway to Kalkan Gate) was selected as the optimal route for tourism in the city of Naiyin with more points.
