راهکارهای توسعه صنعت گردشگری پایدار تبریز مبتنی بر مولفه‏ های منطقه‏ ای

هدف این مقاله، بررسی دقیق عوامل موثر بر گردشگری پایدار شهر تبریز به‏ خصوص از جنبه سیستم‏ های منطقه‏ ای نوآوری می‏ باشد. با توجه به مولفه‏ های منطقه‏ ای تاثیرگذار در امر گردشگری، روش این تحقیق بر اساس تکنیک دلفی می ‏باشد که در سه مرحله از نظرات و پیشنهادهای خبرگان استفاده شده است. برای این کار از 25 نفر از متخصصان حوزه ‏های تاثیرگذار گردشگری تبریز بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‏ دهد، تبریز با توجه به دارا بودن پتانسیل‏ های متعدد از جمله مراکز تاریخی، جاذبه‏ های طبیعت، وجود شخصیت‏های علمی، ادبی و مذهبی، و ثبت برخی از اماکن و صنایع آن در فرم جهانی، از معیارهای لازم برای گردشگری پایدار در آینده برخوردار است. اقدامات صورت گرفته برای پایدارسازی گردشگری در تبریز در حد مناسب می ‏باشد و تبریز 1404 به عنوان یک سرآغاز برای توسعه گردشگری پایدار و مدرن‏سازی تبریز برای افق‏های دور مطرح می‏گردد. آمادگی همه جانبه شهر با توجه به معیارهای زیستی، محیطی، ارزشی، و انسانی پایدارسازی گردشگری، و فرهنگ‏سازی و ارتقاء دانش و بینش شهروندی برای باورسازی توریسم از مهم‏ترین راهکارهای توسعه گردشگری می‏ باشد.

Strategies for the development of Tabriz sustainable tourism industry based on regional components

The purpose of this article is careful review the factors affecting the sustainable tourism of Tabriz especially in terms of Regional Innovation Systems (RIS). Due to the influential regional components in tourism, the methodology of this research is based on the Delphi technique, which has been devoted to explaining the comments and suggestions of the experts in three stages. For this purpose, 25 experts from the influential tourism areas of Tabriz have been used. The results of this research indicate that Tabriz with having multiple potentials including historical centers, nature attractions, scientific, literary and religious characters, and the registration of some of its regions and industries in the global form, It has the necessary criteria for sustainable tourism in the future. The measures taken to stabilize tourism in Tabriz are appropriate and Tabriz 1404 is considered as a beginning for the development of sustainable tourism and the modernization of Tabriz for the distant horizons. Comprehensive readiness of Tabriz can be considered as the most important strategies for tourism development, including the standards of biological, environmental, valuable and human of tourism sustainability, and the development of culture and promotion of knowledge and citizenship visions for tourism believing.
