بازآفرینی بافت‌های فرسوده شهری با تاکید بر جایگاه توسعه میان‌افزا (نمونه موردی: منطقه 8 کلانشهر تبریز)

توسعه میان افزا که شاید بتوان آن را ساده‌ترین تعبیر از توسعه درون‌زا دانست، با تاکید بر زمین‌های خالی و رها شدة درون‌شهری، سعی دارد توسعه را بر روی این اراضی بارگذاری نماید. بطور خلاصه این رویکرد به توسعه در درون محدوده و باز توسعه محدوده با استفاده از پتانسیل های درونی آن می پردازد. پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی تحلیلی در توسعه میان افزا با تاکید بر منطقه 8 شهرداری تبریز و بهره‌گیری از روش‌های آماری فضایی به این موضوع پرداخته است. نوع تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد. روش‌شناسی این تحقیق مبتنی بر رویکردهای کمی فضایی است. روش تحقیق به کار گرفته‌شده در این تحقیق ترکیبی از روش‌های اسنادی کتابخانه‌ای است. در بخش تحلیلی با در نظر گرفتن شاخص‌ها و ملاحظات توسعه میان افزا در قالب 15 شاخص هدف، به‌صورت موردی به بررسی و امکان‌سنجی توسعه میان افزا در منطقه8 شهرداری تبریز پرداخته ‌شده است. در پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور بررسی و تحلیل نقش راهبردی توسعه میان افزا در بازآفرینی بافته‌ای فرسوده شهری محور تاریخی فرهنگی کلانشهر تبریز از نرم‌افزار سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (gis) و تحلیل توابع همپوشانی (overlay) از نوع همپوشانی وزن‌دار (weighted overlay) بهره‌گیری شده است. نتایج پژوهش در قالب 3 اولویت توسعه‌ای و همچنین محدوده‌های غیرمجاز توسعه، به‌صورت نقشه مورد اشاره قرارگرفته است.

Reconstruction of worn-out urban textures with emphasis on the position of intermediate development (Case study: District 8 of Tabriz metropolis )

The infill development, which may be considered as the simplest interpretation of endogenous development, tends to extend development on these lands, with emphasizing the abandoned and empty intracity lands. current research with an analytical approach in the infill development with the emphasis on the 8th district of Tabriz Municipality and utilizing statisticalspatial methods has been get involved to this issue. This kind of research is known as descriptiveanalytical. the methodology of this research is based on quantitativespatial approaches. the research method used in this study is a combination of documentarylibrary methods. in the analytical section, considering the indicators and requirements of infill development in the form of 15 target indicators, the case study and feasibility of infill development in Tabriz 8th district have been discussed. in the current study, to investigate and analyze the strategic role of infill development in regeneration of the urban texture worn of the historicalcultural axis of the metropolitan city of Tabriz, utilizing the geographical information system (GIS) software and Overlapping Functional Analysis, type of weighted overlay is done. the results of present study are presented in the form of three priority development plans as well as unauthorized developmental areas.
