بررسی وضعیت مدیریت و برنامه ریزی ترافیک تالش و ارائه راهکارهای جهت روان سازی ترافیک

هدف اساسی مدیریت و برنامه ریزی ترافیک شهری به کار بردن اقداماتی برای استفاده بهینه و حداکثر از امکانات وتاسیسات موجود در نواحی شهری می باشد. همانگونه که با افزایش جمعیت و رشد شهرنشینی نیاز به‌توسعه هماهنگ شهرها منطبق بر اصول و ضوابط شهرسازی وجود دارد، همزمان با این توسعه باید مسایل حمل و نقل و ترابری و ترافیک نیز به صورت همزمان و هماهنگ مورد مطالعه قرار بگیرد. رشد شهری تقاضای سفر زیادی را روی تسهیلات ناکافی موجود حمل ونقل، باعث شده است و شهرها برای خدمات حمل و نقل تاحدود زیادی به سیستم خیابان های خود متکی هستند. در همین ارتباط، مدیریت و برنامه ریزی ترافیک شهری می تواند، موثرترین ابزار هدایت ترافیک شهری شود. بر این اساس در این پژوهش اهمیت و ضرورت پرداختن به مسئله ترافیک شهر تالش و تبیین مشکلات آن، از هدررفت منابع (پول و زمان) جلوگیری کند و ضمن ایجاد آرامش بیشتر شهروندان، زمینه‌های دستیابی به شهر سالم و پایدار را فراهم نماید. بر همین اساس هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر برنامه ریزی و مدیریت ترافیک شهری در شهر تالش با روش توصیفی و تحلیل محتوا می باشد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از مدل ahp اثرگذارترین متغیر بر روان سازی و مدیریت و برنامه ریزی ترافیک در شهر تالش بر اساس روش ahp توسعه استفاده از حمل و نقل در مدیریت عرضه ترافیک می باشد.

Investigating the status of traffic management and planning and providing solutions to smooth traffic

The main purpose of urban traffic management and planning is to use measures to make the best and maximum use of facilities and facilities in urban areas. As with the increase of population and urbanization, there is a need for coordinated development of cities in accordance with the principles and criteria of urban planning, along with this development, the issues of transportation, transportation and traffic must be studied simultaneously and in a coordinated manner. Urban growth has led to a high demand for travel due to inadequate transportation facilities, and cities rely heavily on their street systems for transportation services. In this regard, urban traffic management and planning can be the most effective tool for directing urban traffic. Accordingly, in this study, the importance and necessity of addressing the traffic problem of Talesh city and explaining its problems, to prevent the loss of resources (money and time) and while creating more peace of citizens, to provide the grounds for achieving a healthy and sustainable city. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to plan and manage urban traffic in the city of Talesh by descriptive methods and content analysis. The results of the present study using the AHP model are the most effective variables on traffic smoothing and management and planning in the city of Talesh based on the AHP method of developing the use of transportation in traffic supply management.
