بررسی رابطه میان شیوه‌زندگی و معماری خانه‌ با نگاهی بر تاثیر مدرنیته (مطالعه موردی: خانه‌های پلکانی در جغرافیای امیرآباد پاوه)

شکل‌گیری معماری خانه‌ها متاثر از عوامل متعددی است که تمامی آنها از نظر میزان اهمیت و تاثیرگذاری در یک سطح قرار نمی‌گیرند. به نظر یکی از مهمترین آنها، شیوه‌‌زندگی است که با داشتن مقوله‌هایی همچونفرهنگ، اجتماع و اقتصاد، ویژگی‌‌های کالبدی خانه‌ها را دچار تغییر می‌نماید. با این فرض، در مقاله حاضر سعی شده تا با تعیین جایگاه شیوه‌زندگی معاصر و اهمیت مقوله‌های آن، ویژگی‌‌های کالبدی در معماری خانه‌‌های پلکانی پاوه بررسی شود. در این پژوهش، روش تحقیق از نوع تحلیلی توصیفی است که برای بررسی همبستگی میان عامل‌ها، از روش تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. برای پیمایش مدل نظری بدست آمده از مبانی نظری ابتدا پرسشنامه‌ای بسته با مقیاس لیکرت پنج‌تایی طراحی و سپس برای تحلیل داده‌های آن‌ از نرم افزار اسمارت پی ال اس استفاده شد. البته برای اینکه بتوان نتایج حاصل از نمونه‌های بررسی شده را به کل جامعه آماری تعمیم داد، نمونه‌ها به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. سرانجام با استفاده از روش رولوه و عکسبرداری، الگوها و برخی از مهمترین تغییرات آن‌ها بدست آمد. بر خلاف انتظار، نتایج حاصل از پرسشنامه نشان داد زیرمجموعه‌های بوروکراتیک شدن و تجاری شدن نسبت به سایر زیرمجموعه‌ها برای ساکنان از اهمیت کمتری برخوردار است و آنچه مهم می‌باشد رسانه‌ای شدن زندگی امروز است. در رولوه نیز، تحولاتی از قبیل؛ تقلیل اهمیت حریم خصوصی؛ انتقال محل تفریح و جشن‌ها به بیرون از خانه؛ انتقال محل نگهداری دام به بیرون از خانه و شهر و ... دیده می‌شود.

Investigating the relationship between lifestyle and home architecture with a look at the impact of modernity (Case report: stepped houses in Amirabad Paveh neighborhood)

The formation of the architecture of houses is influenced by several factors, not all of which are on the same level in terms of importance and impact. In the opinion of one of the most important of them, It is a way of life that, by having categories such as culture, community and economy, changes the physical characteristics of houses. With this assumption, in the present article, by determining the position of contemporary lifestyle and the importance of its categories, the physical characteristics in the architecture of Paveh stepped houses are examined. In this research, the research method is analyticaldescriptive. To investigate the correlation between factors, the factor analysis method was used. To survey the theoretical model obtained from the theoretical foundations, first a closed questionnaire with a fivepoint Likert scale was designed and then Smart PLS software was used to analyze its data. However, in order to generalize the results of the studied samples to the whole statistical population, the samples were selected as simple random. Finally, using the roleve and photography methods, the patterns and some of their most important changes were obtained. The results of the questionnaire showed that the subdivisions of bureaucratization and commercialization are less important to residents than other subdivisions, and what is important is the mediaization of life today.
