تدوین مدل رضایتمندی از کیفیت فضایی فرهنگ مبنا در مجموعه های مسکونی با روش poe

این پژوهش به دنبال آن است تا به بررسی رضایتمندی از کیفیت فضایی در جنبه ذهنی که فرهنگ در آن میگنجد بپردازد. استفاده از روش ارزیابی پس از ساخت از طریق شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت هر مجموعه می تواند به این امر کمک نماید. هدف از این پژوهش به دست آوردن مدلی است که بتوان به کمک آن به ارزیابی کیفیت فضایی هر مجموعه مسکونی متناسب با فرهنگ ساکنینش دست یافت. از این رو پژوهش استفاده از روش پژوهش کیفی و تحلیلی و روش جمع آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه ای، به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است: چگونه می توان با روش poeمدلی تنظیم کرد که بر اساس آن میزان رضایتمندی ازکیفیت فضایی فرهنگی در مجموعه های مسکونی را سنجید؟ یافته های پژوهش مبین آن است که بسیاری از موارد مرتبط با فرهنگ در مقوله ادراکی یا ذهنی میگنجد. این بدان معنا نیست که نقش سایر شاخصه های مادی( عینی) را باید نادیده گرفت. در این میان نقش زمان و نیازهای آتی که در یک مسکن ممکن است اتفاق بیوفتد از اموری است که در میزان رضایتمندی بهره برداران به صورت مستقل نقش مهمی را ایفا میکند. بر اساس مدل مفهومی نهایی می توان به شاخصه ها و گزینش آنها در ارزیابی مجموعه های مسکونی از بعد کیفیت فرهنگی-فضایی، هر نمونه مطالعاتی نایل آمد. این شاخصه ها قابلیت آن را دارند تا در هر نمونه موردی بوسیله پرسشنامه به آزمون گزارده شود تا میزان هریک را بتوان سنجید.

Development of a model of satisfaction with the spatial quality of culture-based in residential complexes by POE method

This study seeks to examine the satisfaction of spatial quality in the mental aspect that culture includes. Using the postconstruction evaluation method by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each set can help. The purpose of this study is to obtain a model that can be used to assess the spatial quality of each residential complex in accordance with the culture of its inhabitants. Therefore, the research using qualitative and analytical research method and library information collection method seeks to answer the question: how can a poe model be set up, based on which the level of satisfaction with the spatialcultural quality in residential complexes Did you measure? The research findings indicate that many cultural issues fall into the perceptual or subjective category. This does not mean that the role of other material (objective) characteristics should be ignored. Meanwhile, the role of time and future needs that may occur in a housing is one of the things that play an important role in the level of satisfaction of independent users. Based on the final conceptual model, the characteristics and their selection in the evaluation of residential complexes in terms of culturalspatial quality of each study sample can be achieved. These characteristics have the ability to be tested in each case by a questionnaire so that the amount of each can be measured.
