ارائه مدل ساختاری تفسیری عوامل موثر بر بهبود نقش مناطق گردشگری ‌ورزشی در توسعه روابط صلح‌آمیز

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل ساختاری تفسیری عوامل موثر بر بهبود نقش گردشگری‌ورزشی در توسعه‌ روابط صلح‌آمیز طراحی و اجرا گردید. پژوهش حاضر از نوع، تحقیقات کاربردی می‌باشد که به صورت میدانی انجام گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش گرد‌آوری داده‌ها آمیخته بود که به صورت کیفیکمی اجرایی گردید. جامعه‌ آماری در بخش کیفی شامل نخبگان و صاحب‌نظران در حوزه‌ گردشگری‌ورزشی می‌باشد. روش نمونه‌گیری در بخش کیفی به صورت هدفمند بود. همچنین در بخش کمی جامعه‌ آماری، علاوه بر این افراد، برخی مدیران و کارشناسان سازمان‌های متولی در امور گردشگری‌ورزشی و افراد آگاه به حوزه‌ گردشگری ورزشی از جمله سازمان میراث‌فرهنگی، صنایع‌دستی و گردشگری، وزارت ورزش و جوانان و همچنین برخی اساتید دانشگاهی رشته‌های گردشگری بودند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختارمند و پرسشنامه‌ محقق ساخته‌ بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش حاضر از روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری و معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. تمامی روند تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش حاضر در نرمافزارهای اس پی اس اس و پی ال اس انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش بخش کیفی نشان داد که 28 عوامل شناسایی شده در قالب 6 عامل شامل فرهنگ نوع دوستی، امنیت و ایمنی کافی، رویه‌های مدیریتی، جنبه‌های انسانی، بسترهای بین‌المللی و فعالیت‌های مشترک دستهبندی گردیدند. نتایج تحقیق همچنین نشان داد که امنیت و ایمنی کافی به عنوان عامل زیربنایی در مدل تحقیق خود سبب شکل‌گیری سایر عوامل می‌گردد.

Presenting an interpretive structural model of effective factors on improving the role of sports tourism areas in the development of peaceful relations

The present study was designed and implemented to a model of factors affecting the improvement of the role of sport tourism in the development of peaceful relations. The present study is a type of applied research that was conducted in the field. The method of this study was mixed in terms of data collection method which was applied qualitativelyquantitatively. The statistical population of the present study in the qualitative sector includes elites and experts in the field of sport tourism. The sampling method in the qualitative section was purposive. Also in the quantitative part of the statistical community, in addition to individuals, some managers and experts of sport tourism organizations and persons familiar with the field of sport tourism, including the Cultural Heritage, Crafts and Tourism Organization, the Ministry of Sport and Youth, as well as some academic professors there were tourism fields. The research tool consisted of semistructured interviews and a researchermade questionnaire. Interpretive structural modeling and structural equations were used to analyze the data of the present study. The whole process of data analysis was done in SPSS and PLS software. Qualitative research results showed that 28 identified factors were categorized into 6 factors including altruistic culture, adequate security and safety, management practices, human aspects, international contexts and collaborative activities. The results also showed that the results of the present study showed that sufficient safety and security as the underlying factor in the model of the research causes other factors.
