تبیین عوامل تاثیرگذار در پیدایش و تکوین محلات شهری چندقویتی (نمونه موردی: شهر دوگنبدان)

در جهان با توجه به فرایند صنعتی شدن، شهرها با موج جدیدی از مهاجرت روبرو شدند که این عامل موجب بروز تغییراتی در ساختارهای مختلف شهر از جمله ساختار اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و کالبدی فضایی شده است.ساختار شهر ها پس از خیل عظیم مهاجرت، تغییر و تحولات فراوانی را تجربه کرده اند و تنوع قومیت جمعیتی در شهر ها باعث بروز ناهمگونی در ساختار شهرها شده اند؛ از این رو به منظور مطالعات ساختاری شهرها، بخصوص ساختار فضایی کالبدی باید موانع طبیعی و انسانی بررسی و هم‌چنین، ارتباط و تاثیر متقابل این پدیده ها بر یکدیگر و بر توسعه شهر بررسی شود. در این مقاله که به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شده است به تبیین عوامل تاثیرگذار در پیدایش و تکوین محلات شهر دوگنبدان که شهری چندقویتی است با روش دیمتل پرداخته شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که عوامل تاثیرگذار در پیداش و تکوین محلات شهر دوگنبدان تفاوت‌های مکانی منابع اقتصادی و ثروتی در کشور، موجب اختلاف در چشم انداز های شهری شده و هر یک از شهرها مثل بافت اقتصادی خاص شهر دوگنبدان را گرفته و عملکرد خود را نیز از همان شرایط بازیافته است.
