بررسی مولفه‌های موثر در توسعه محلی پایدار روستاهای شهرستان گرمسار یا تاکید بر سرمایه اجتماعی

توسعه روستایی مستلزم توجه ویژه به نیروی انسانی است و روستاییان به عنوان منابع انسانی مهم بخش کشاورزی، از عاملان اصلی توسعه روستایی به شمار می‌رود. سرمایه اجتماعی را می‌توان از طریق کارکردهای آن همچون اعتماد، مدارا، همکاری، همبستگی‌های گروهی، ترحم، شفقت، دلسوزی، ایثار و نوع دوستی شناسایی نمود. توسعه پایدار با ایجاد شرایط مطلوب در زمینه‌های مواد غذایی، بهداشتی، اشتغال، آموزش و نحوه گذر زمان آزاد موجب ایجاد سطح عادی در زندگی می‌شود؛ بنابراین برای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار شهری که هدف از آن بهبود وضعیت اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی اعضای جامعه است، تشکیل و تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. هدف اصلی این مقاله عبارت است از بررسی تاثیر سرمایه‌ی اجتماعی در توسعه‌ی پایدار محله‌های شهری مورد مطالعه در روستاهای شهرستان گرمسار و حوزه‌های نفوذ. سوال اصلی مقاله این است که آیا مولفه‌های سرمایه‌های اجتماعی بر شکل‌گیری توسعه ی پایدار محله ایی در سطح محلات محدوده ی مورد مطالعه موثر است؟ روش این مقاله توصیفی تحلیل است. نتایج مقاله نشان می‌دهد که میان سرمایه اجتماعی ساکنان و پایداری محله، رابطه معنی‌داری برقرار است. این سرمایه بیش از آن که به بهبود محیط کالبدی محله اثرگذار باشد، بر توسعه پایدار اجتماعی و اقتصادی محله موثر است. . در ضمن ، در تایید نتایج پژوهش های پیشین، رابطه ای مثبت و قابل قبول میان مو لفه های ذهنی سرمایه اجتماعی و تمامی مو لفه ها ی پایداری محلی شناسایی شد ه است . از سویی برخلاف نتایج مطالعا ت پیشین، ساکنان مرفه تر اعتماد بیش تری به نهادهای رسمی دارند؛ بنابراین شکل گیری و استفاده از سرمایه ا جتماعی در یک محله کم تر برخورد ار نسبت به محله های توسعه یافته، دارای الگویی متفاوت است .

Investigating the effective components in sustainable local development of Garmsar villages or emphasizing social capital

Rural development requires special attention to human resources and villagers as important human resources in the agricultural sector are the main actors in rural development.Social capital can be identified through its functions such as trust, tolerance, cooperation, group solidarity, compassion, compassion, selfsacrifice, kindness and friendship.Sustainable development creates a normal standard of living by creating favorable conditions in the fields of food, health, employment, education and leisure. Therefore, in order to achieve sustainable urban development, which aims to improve the social, economic and cultural status of community members, the formation and strengthening of social capital is of particular importance. The main purpose of this article is to investigate the impact of social capital on the sustainable development of the studied urban neighborhoods in the villages of Garmsar city and areas of influence. The main question of the article is whether the components of social capital are effective in the formation of sustainable neighborhood development at the neighborhood level of the study area? The method of this article is descriptive analysis. The results of the article show that there is a significant relationship between residents’ social capital and neighborhood sustainability. This capital is more effective in the sustainable social and economic development of the neighborhood than in improving the physical environment of the neighborhood. In addition, in confirming the results of previous research, a positive and acceptable relationship has been identified between the mental components of social capital and all components of local sustainability
