مناسب سازی فضاهای شهری با تاکید بر نیازهای افراد معلول جسمی-حرکتی (مطالعه موردی: بلوار آیت الّله خمینی شهر قدیم هشتگرد)

توسعه و ایجاد محیط های مناسب شده و بدون مانع برای همه آحاد جامعه با ظرفیت های جسمی و حرکتی، ذهنی و روانی متفاوت اقدامی ضروری بوده و موجب ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی در هر جامعه، بخصوص در کشور ماست. مناسب سازی فضاهای شهری، از جمله رویکردهای عدالت محورانه در برنامه ریزی و مدیریت شهری معاصر محسوب می شود. هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل و بررسی تاثیر کمی و کیفی حضور کم توانان جسمیحرکتی در بلوار آیت الّله خمینی شهر قدیم هشتگرد که از خیابان های پر رفت و آمد و دارای تنوع کاربری فراوان می باشد از منظر مناسب سازی و ارائه راهبردهایی بر اساس شناخت نقاط قوت و ضعف در کنار محدودیت ها و فرصت ها در منطقه مورد مطالعه و الویت بندی معضلات موجود بر اساس استانداردها و پتانسیل های آن بوده است. روش شناسی انجام این پژوهش از منظر هدف، کاربردی و از منظر چارچوبِ پژوهش، توصیفی-تحلیلی است که به شیوه پیمایشی انجام شده است. جهت ارزیابی کیفی از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. طبق خروجی نرم افزار spss ضریب 0/8 حاکی از روایی و اعتبار قابل قبول پرسشنامه داشت. یافته ها حاکی از آن است که در حال حاضر بیشترین میزان رضایت مربوط به فضاهای پارک ها و کمترین آن مربوط به فضاهای عمومی است

Appropriate urban spaces with an emphasis on the needs of physically and mentally handicapped people (Case study: Ayatollah Khomeini Boulevard, Hashtgerd)

Developing and creating suitable and unobstructed environments for all communities of society with different physical, motor, mental and mental capacities is an essential step and promotes the quality of life in any society, especially in our country. Appropriate urban sprawl is one of the most importantapproaches to justice in contemporary urban planning and management. The purpose of this research is to analyze the quantitative and qualitative effect of disable persons presence on Ayatollah Khomeini Boulevard in the old city of Hashtgerd, which is a large and diverse street with high traffic flow. From the point of view of appropriateness and providing strategies based on cognition Strengths and weaknesses along with the limitations and opportunities in the study area and prioritizing existing problems based on standards and potential. The methodology of this research from the perspective of the purpose is practical and from the perspective of the research framework is a descriptiveanalytical survey carried out in a survey method. Questionnaires were used for qualitative evaluation. According to the output of SPSS, coefficient of 0.8 showed validity and validity of the questionnaire. The findings indicate that at the moment, the highest level of satisfaction is with the parks’ spaces, and the lowest is for public spaces
