واکاوی مولفه‌های کیفیِ میان‌افزایی در بافت تاریخی تبریز (نمونه‌های موردی: مجموعه‌ی تجاری مشروطه و صاحب‌الامر در بازار تاریخی)

تدقیق بر میان‌افزایی در بافت تاریخی نیازمند اتخّاذ رویکردی بین‌رشته‌ای میان شهرسازی، حفاظت و معماری است. فصل مشترک میان این سه حوزه‌ی مطالعاتی نیز، ضرورت ایجاد هماهنگی بین ساختار جدید و بافت قدیم می‌باشد. دستیابی به این، نیز نیازمند توجّه به دو مفهومانسجام و تداوم با وجود تغییر در ابعاد مختلف بافت تاریخی به‌واسطه‌ی میان‌افزایی، است که در سایه‌ی آن بتوان میان بافت و بنای جدید ارتباطی که موجب هماهنگی است، برقرار کرد. بنابراین این پژوهش با مطالعه‌ی ارزیابی مخاطبان از دو میان افزایی‌ِ صورت گرفته در بازار تاریخی تبریز، در پی بررسیِ تاثیرِ تغییر در ابعاد کالبدی و غیرکالبدی بافت تاریخی بعد از میان‌افزایی‌ها بر ارزیابیِ آن‌ها از مولفه‌های کیفیِ است. براین اساس طبق منطق قیاسی، با مطالعه‌ی کتابخانه‌ای، مدل تحقیق و پرسشنامه تدوین و به کمک مطالعات میدانی، برای هر یک از دو مجموعه‌ی مشروطه و صاحب‌الامر 175 پرسشنامه تکمیل شد. داده‌های حاصل نشان می‌دهد که ارزیابی مخاطبان از اثرپذیریِ تداوم و انسجام بافت تاریخی از تغییر ابعاد مختلف بعد از میان‌افزایی وابسته به شاخصه‌های بنای میان‌افزا متغیّر خواهد بود و تدوین مدلی که واجد اولویت‌بندی بوده و در مطالعات پیشین مطرح شده است، ممکن نیست.

Analysis of Qualitative Components of Infill Architecture in the Historic context of Tabriz (Case Study: Mashruteh and Saheb-ol-Amr Complexes in the Historic Bazaar)

An indepth look at historicization requires an interdisciplinary approach to urban planning, conservation and architecture. The common chapter between these three fields of study is the need to harmonize the new structure with the old one. This also requires consideration of the two concepts of cohesion and continuity despite the change in different dimensions of the historical context by interpolation, in the shadow of which a link can be established between the new context and the building of harmony. Therefore, this study seeks to examine the impact of changes in the physical and nonphysical dimensions of the historical context after the intermediates on their evaluation of qualitative components by examining the audience evaluation of two intermediates in Tabriz historical market. Accordingly, by deductive logic, a library study, research model and questionnaire were formulated and 175 field questionnaires were completed for each of the two sets of constitutional and proprietary. The obtained data show that audience evaluation of the impact of historical texture continuity and cohesion on different dimensions after interphase will vary depending on the characteristics of the intermediate building and it is not possible to formulate a model that has been prioritized and discussed in previous studies
