بررسی روند مشارکت شیعیان عراق در ساختار قدرت سیاسی این کشور از 2003 تاکنون و تاثیر آن بر نفوذ منطقه‌ای ایران

پس از فروپاشی رژیم بعث عراق این کشور به دورانی گام نهاد که مهم‌ترین ویژگی آن به قدرت رسیدن بازیگران داخلی جدید در ساختار سیاسی است. با توجه به تغیرات پیش آمده در کشور عراق پس از سال 2003، شیعیان که در طول تاریخ عراق در موضع ضعف قرار داشتند توانستند نفوذ قابل توجهی در ساختار دولت عراق به وجود آورند. هدف اصلی از انجام این پژوهش عبارت است از بررسی روند مشارکت شیعیان عراق در ساختار قدرت سیاسی این کشور از 2003 تاکنون و تاثیر آن بر نفوذ منطقه‌ای ایران است. سوال اصلی رساله این است که مشارکت شیعیان عراق در ساختار قدرت سیاسی این کشور از 2003 تاکنون چگونه بوده و تاثیر آن بر نفوذ منطقه‌ای ایران تا چه اندازه حائز اهمیت است؟ این مقاله با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و براساس منابع کتابخانه‌ای نگاشته شده است. نتایج مقاله نشان می دهد که ساختار قدرت سیاسی در عراق بعد از 2003 زمینه کنشگری شیعیان عراق را در کنار سایر گروه ها فراهم کرده است. شیعیان عراق از تاثیر گذارترین گروه های سیاسی در عرصه سیاسی عراق خواهند بود. پیوند فرهنگی و مذهبی شیعیان ایران و عراق می تواند ابزارهای نرم نفوذ منطقه ای ایران را تسهیل نماید.

A study of the participation of Iraqi Shiites in the structure of political power in Iraq since 2003 and its impact on the influence of the regions of Iran

After the collapse of the Ba’athist regime in Iraq, the country entered a period in which the most important feature is the rise to power of new domestic actors in the political structure. Due to the changes that have taken place in Iraq since 2003, the Shiites, who have been in a position of weakness throughout Iraq’s history, have been able to exert significant influence on the structure of the Iraqi government. The main purpose of this study is to examine the trend of participation of Iraqi Shiites in the structure of political power in Iraq since 2003 and its impact on the influence of Iran’s regions. The main question of the dissertation is what is the participation of Iraqi Shiites in the structure of political power in Iraq since 2003 and how important is its impact on the influence of Iran’s regions? This article has been written by descriptiveanalytical method and based on library sources. The results of the article show that the structure of political power in Iraq after 2003 has provided the ground for the activism of the Iraqi Shiites along with other groups. The Iraqi Shiites will be one of the most influential political groups in the Iraqi political arena. The cultural and religious bond of the Shiites of Iran and Iraq can facilitate the soft tools of Iran’s regional influence
