ارزیابی و تحلیل تغییرات رشد فیزیکی شهر یزد و پیش بینی آن با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی طی دوره 2016-1973

فرآیند توسعه شهرها در حال حاضر به دلیل افزایش جمعیت مناطق شهری یکی از مهمترین موضوعات پیش روی پژوهشگران مسائل شهری می‌باشد. با اهمیت موضوع، هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی و تحلیل تغییرات رشد فیزیکی شهر یزد می‌باشد. روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی و جهت بررسی رشد و توسعه فیزیکی منطقه مورد مطالعه در دوره آماری بین سال‌های 1973 تا 2016 از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای لندست استفاده گردیده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که محدوده شهر یزد از سال 1998 با رشد 63 درصدی نسبت به دهه قبل شروع به گسترش نموده است. این دوره همزمان با افزایش جمعیت شهری و گسترش خدمات و صنایع در منطقه شهری بوده است، به نحوی که باعث جذب مهاجر از سایر نقاط به سمت شهر یزد گردیده است. از این دوره رشد شهری با یک روند مشخص تحت تاثیر افزایش جمعیت شهری و ورود مهاجران به شهر یزد ادامه یافته است. در ابتدا جهت گسترش شهر یزد به سمت غرب و جنوب غرب و سپس در امتداد مسیر ارتباطی به سمت جنوب شرقی و نهایتاً جنوب بوده است. مهمترین عوامل محدود کننده رشد شهر یزد در سمت شمال وجود تپه‌های ماسه‌ای، در سمت غرب و جنوب غرب وجود برخی کاربری‌های خاص مانند مراکز صنعتی و کارگاهی و فرودگاه، در سمت جنوب وجود کوه و مراکز دانشگاهی و در سمت جنوب شرق و شرق وجود زمین‌های زراعی بوده‌اند. در حال حاضر به دلیل عوامل محدود کننده گسترش شهر یزد در تمامی جهات، رشد عمودی شهر بهترین گزینه می‌باشد

Evaluation and Analysis of Changes in Physical Growth and Its Prediction Using GIs In the period 1973-2016 (Case study: Yazd city)

Urban development is one of the most important issues facing urban researchers due to population growth in urban areas. The aim of this research is to evaluate and analyze the changes in physical growth in Yazd city. The research method is descriptiveanalytical and uses Landsat satellite imagery to study the growth and physical development of the studied area during the period between 1973 and 2016.The results showed that the city of Yazd began to expand in 1998 with growth of 63 per cent compared to the previous decade. This period coincided with the increase in population and urban expansion of services and were industries in the region in a way that attracts immigrants from other parts of the city. The first city to expand to the West and SouthWest and then along the communication route to the southeast, and finally the South. The most important limiting factors for growth of the city on the north side of sand dunes in the West and SouthWest there are some applications, such as industrial centers and factories and the airport, on the south side of the mountain and universities and in the South East and East there were agricultural land. At the moment, due to limiting factors in developing city in all directions vertical growth of the city is the best option
