تاثیر آموزش های تخصصی – عمومی درتوانمندسازی ساکنان روستایی مناطق گردشگری کوهستان درحیطه امداد ونجات(مطالعه موردی:روستای پس قلعه،شمیران)

شمیران با کوهستان زیبا ازقطبهای گردشگری ایران است. کوهنوردی خالی از حادثه نیست،امداد ونجات درکشورایران درشرایط مهمی قرار داردودرمواقع بروزحادثه ضروریست امدادگران محلی در فورا درمحل حاضر باشند اما اقدامات ساکنان روستایی که به روشهای سنتی صورت می پذیردباتلفیق علم روزمیتواندبه ارتقاء کیفیت امداد و نجات منجر گردد.برای این تحقیق بازدید میدانی وجمع آوری اطلاعات مصاحبه با کوهنوردان ،امدادگران رسمی و غیررسمی کتب وسایت کوهنوردی، تهیه پرسشنامه متشکل از خبرگان کوهستان و ساکنان روستای مورد نظر با جمعیت 459 نفر برای 30 نفر خبرگان کوهستان و 100 نفر اهالی روستای پس قلعه بصورت تصادفی بود،صورت گرفت.در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌هااز آزمون کای‌اسکور تک نمونه‌ای و آزمون من ویتنی بهره گرفته شد.روش تحلیل توصیفی استنباطی بوده ودر بررسی نتایج داده هابین سوالات پژوهش درسطح بالایی رابطه مثبت معنادار وجود داشته وفرضیه های تحقیق موردپذیرش قرار گرفته اند. با توجه به نو بودن بحث فوق دستاورداین پژوهش درحیطه آموزش امداد و نجات کوهستان میتواند علاوه برارتقاء کیفیت امداد ونجات، بر اقتصاد و اشتغال روستاییان وامنیت گردشگران کوهستان تاثیرگذارباشد.

The effect of specialized-general trainings in empowering the rural residents of mountainous tourist areas in the field of relief and rescue (Case study: Pas Qaleh village, Shemiran)

Rural management is one of the basic elements to achieving sustainable rural development that plays an important role in the process of planning and rural development. It manages the process of sustainable rural development in partnership with the governmental and nongovernmental departments and local society participation. Therefore, this study is done aimed to evaluate the performance of rural management in the social stability of rural settlements. This research is a practical one in terms of aim and descriptiveanalytical by nature. Statistical Society includes 41 villages surrounding the Ardabil city that 370 bodies were selected as the sample size by using cluster sampling and they were distributed relatively according to the population in selected villages. Data required were collected by library and field methods (questionnaire and interview). To analyze the subject a framework of rural management performance and social sustainability indicators were selected and developed. The results of the analysis of data from the questionnaire indicated among rural management performance indicators, the construction index with the beta 375/0 has the greatest impact on social stability and the services index has had the least impact with the beta 170/0. Totally, the rural management performance explains about 60 percent of independent variable social sustainability of rural settlements.
