بررسی نقش عوامل فرهنگی- اجتماعی ، مدیریتی و کالبدی در توسعه شهر جناح

توسعه فیزیکی ورشد شهرهای ایران تا چند دهه‌ی پیش، هماهنگ ومتناسب با نیازهای جامعه شهری بود. با بروزتحولات‌ جدید، شهرها به‌سرعت دگرگونی‌هایی ‌را پذیراشدند. این‌دگر‌گونی‌ها منجر به‌توسعه نواحی شهری گردیدند.مهمترین‌مساله‌ای ‌که‌ در برابر توسعه شهری‌قرارمی‌گیرد مکان ‌استقرارآنهاست.عوامل‌مهمی‌در استقراروپیدایش یک شهر نقش‌دارندکه‌ازجمله این‌عوامل،پدیده های فرهنگی اجتماعی ، مدیریتی وکالبدی می‌باشد . هدف ازاین پژوهش بررسی نقش عوامل‌مذکوردرتوسعه شهرجناح می‌باشد . در این تحقیق جهت برآورد حجم نمونه ازروش نمونه گیری کوکران باسطح اطمینان 95% واحتمال خطای 5 % استفاده شده است . براین اساس برای بررسی نقش عوامل‌غیرطبیعی(اجتماعی– فرهنگی ، کالبدی و مدیریتی )درتوسعه‌ شهرجناح 384 نفر بصورت نمونه گیری ساده مورد پرسشگری قرار گرفتند . پس ازجمع آوری اطلاعات درمحیطهای نرم‌افزاریspss نسبت به تحلیل داده ها اقدام گردید. با توجه به نتایج‌ تحقیق‌ نقش‌ عوامل‌ مذکور درتوسعه شهرباتوجه به مقدارکای ‌اسکوئرعوامل‌فرهنگی اجتماعی (113.063)درصد،عوامل‌ مدیریتی(237.042)درصدوعوامل‌کالبدی( 347.021 ) درصد ، معنادار بودن نتیجه به‌لحاظ آماری درسطح 99 درصد ، مشخص‌گردید که‌بین توسعه شهرجناح وعوامل مذکور ارتباط وهمبستگی وجود دارد.

The study of the role of cultural-social, managerial and physical factors in the development of the city of the Jinnah

The physical development and growth of the cities of Iran until several decades ago was in harmony with the needs of the urban community. The most important issue facing urban development is their location. There are important factors in the establishment and development of a city, which are among the factors, factors and culturalsocial, managerial and physical phenomena that have a decisive influence on the place of change, the sphere of influence, dispersion, physical development, and so on. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of the mentioned factors in the development of the city of Jinnah. In this research, Cochran sampling method with a confidence level of 95% and a probability of 5% error was used to estimate the sample size. Accordingly, 384 people were questioned by simple sampling to study the role of abnormal (cultural social, economic, physical , and managerial ) factors in the development of the city of the Jinnah. After data collection and processing in Spss software environments, data analysis was performed. According to the results of research, the role of the factors mentioned in the development of the city according to Chisquare, culturalsocial factors (113.063%), management factors (237.042%) and physical factors (347.021%), the significance of the result In terms of statistics at the level of 99%, it was found that there is a correlation between the development of the city of Jinnah and its agents.
