نقش اقتصادی تغییر کاربری اراضی در توسعه روستایی در دهستان طولارود تالش

«کاربری زمین» معادل فارسی اصطلاح landuse انگلیسی و به‌معنی استفاده از زمین است و شامل هر گونه استفاده‌ای از زمین می‌باشد. مطالعه و شناخت کاربری زمین، زیربنای تجزیه و تحلیل و برنامه‌ریزی کاربری زمین است. عنوان این مقاله «نقش اقتصادی تغییر کاربری اراضی در توسعه روستایی در دهستان طولارود تالش گیلان» می‌باشد. روش تحقیق، توصیفی و تحلیل می‌باشد، با توجه به حجم جامعۀ آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد 375 پرسشنامه بعنوان نمونه انتخاب و با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی تکمیل شد. نتایج حاصل از این بررسی نشان می‌دهد تغییرکاربری اراضی بیشتر بر روی زمین‌های زراعی بوده و موجب افزایش درآمد اقتصادی، بهبود وضعیت مساکن و معابر و افزایش قیمت زمین در روستاهای مورد مطالعه شده است. پیشنهاد می‌شود که با تشویق و حمایت دولت از بخش کشاورزی و ایجاد کارگاه‌های تولیدی کوچک و تثبیت جمعیت روستایی و حمایت از افزایش تولیدات کشاوزری به رشد اقتصادی و در نهایت توسعه روستایی کمک شود.

The Economic Role and Change of Land Use in Rural Development in Talesh Tolaroud Village

Abstract The term means to use the land and includes any type of land used. Studying and recognizing land use underlies the analysis and planning of land use. The title of this article is < The Economic Role And Change Of Land Use In Rural Development In Talesh Tolaroud Village>.  The type of research is descriptive and analytical. Regarding the statistical population on the basis of Cochran Test the number of 375 questionares was used and completed using random sampling. The result of this research showed that changing land use affected more the cultivated lands and caused increasing economic income, improving the condition of houses and increasing the price of land in the villages. It is suggested that encouraging and supporting of the government from the agricultural sector and establishing small manufacturing workshops and developing the population of the villages and supporting agricultural products to improve economics and finally it helps rural development.
