طراحی فضاهای شهری با ارزیابی نگرش جنسیتی (مطالعه موردی: پارک بانوان نرگس ارومیه)

در طراحی و ارزیابی فضاهای شهری، اندیشمندان به نیازهای اولیۀ انسان بسیار توجه می­کنند و همه بر این اعتقاد هستند که، بدون توجه به این نیازها، امکان دسترسی به فضا و تحرک­پذیری در آن به حد قابل ملاحظه­ای محدود خواهد شد. این نیازها تحت تاثیر متغییرهای مختلفی قرار دارند و «جنسیت» یکی از موضوع­های حساس این مقوله است. از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی نگرش جنسیتی در طراحی فضاهای شهری با تاکید بر پارک بانوان نرگس ارومیه می­باشد. روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی بکارگرفته شده در این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی می­باشد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق دو نوع پرسشنامه تصویری و غیرتصویری به­دست آمده است. برای ارزیابی و پردازش داده­ها از شیوه­های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی در قالب نرم­افزار spss استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می­دهد که تنها زنان خانه‌دار و مذهبی تمایل به استفاده از پارک­های زنانه دارند؛ و دسته سوم زنان یعنی زنان شاغل جامعه و دسته چهارم یعنی زنانی با نگرش‌ها و گرایش‌های فمینیستی رغبتی برای استفاده از این‌گونه پارک‌ها را ندارند. چنین وضعیتی در مورد میزان احساس امنیت و آرامش زنان در پارک بانوان نیز صدق می­کند. لذا پروژه پارک بانوان در کوتاه‌مدت و با توجه به محدودیت‌های عرفی، برای استفاده آزادانه زنان از فضاهای عمومی، مطلوب به نظر می‌رسند، اما در بلندمدت به توزیع عادلانه فضاهای شهری کمک چندانی نخواهد کرد. نتایج حاصل از پرسشنامه­های تصویری نشان دهنده تنها تفاوت معناداری میان زنان خانه­دار با مردان و دیگر گروه­های زنان موردمطالعه برای انتخاب عناصر پارک است؛ درنتیجه جنسیت در انتخاب عناصر پارک­ها تاثیر چندانی نداشته و انتظار می­رود که عناصر پارک مطابق با نیازهای زنان خانه­دار (بیشترین مراجعه‌کنندگان به پارک بانوان) باشد و به ارائه راهکارهای عملی برای طراحی و جانمایی عناصر هرچه بهتر در پارک‌های بانوان پرداخته شود.

Design of urban spaces with Evaluation of the gender perspective (Case Study: Urmia narges women’s park)

Abstract The design and evaluation of urban spaces, scientists are very attentive to Human basic needs. and all believe that, regardless of These needs, access to space and mobility will be limited considerably. They are influenced By the various factors and gender is one of the most sensitive subject About that issue. Thus, the aim of this study is to assess the gender perspective in the design of urban spaces with an emphasis on Urmia narges women’s park. The Research method based on the purpose is applied and according to the nature is Descriptive – analytical. Required information is obtained from two types of visual and no imaging questionnaries. For evaluation and data processing methods of descriptive and inferential statistics were used in the form of SPSS software. The obtained results show that only housewives and religious women tend to use women’s park And the third category of women including working women population and women’s fourth category of women who have feminist attitudes and trends, do not want to use of these parks’ type. such a situation about the feeling of safety and security for women applies of the women’s park. Therefore, And regard to the traditional limitations, the project of women’s park is desirable for women’s free use of public Spaces in short term. However, Can’t help the distribution of urban areas in long term fairly. the results of the questionnaire image represents the only significant difference between housewives with men and the other women’s groups of the study for choosing elements of the park; then, there is no significant of gender in the choose the elements of parks and it is expected that the park elements is according to the needs of housewives (most visitors to the park Women) And is better that to be paid to present practical solutions for the design and locating the elements to better of the women’s park.
