طراحی الگوی برنامه‌ریزی توسعه اکوتوریسم شهر خلخال با استفاده از رویکرد مدل‌سازی ساختاری ‌تفسیری

صنعت گردشگری به ویژه به منظور گذران اوقات فراغت یکی از نیازهای اصلی انسان محسوب می‌شود. از بُعد اقتصادی برای بسیاری از کشورها این صنعت منبع اصلی درآمد، اشتغال، رشد بخش خصوصی و توسعه ساختار زیربنایی است. یکی از حوزه‌های جذاب گردشگری برای مردم و گردشگران، طبیعت‌گردی یا اکوتوریسم است. اکوتوریسم به نوعی از گردشگری اشاره دارد که گردشگران به بازدید منابع و مناطق طبیعی می‌پردازند. این نوع از گردشگری بر جذابیت محیط زیست تاکید دارد. این پژوهش از نوع روش تحقیق کیفی – کمی (درچارچوب روش‌شناسی ‌تحقیق‌ آمیخته) و از نقطه نظر هدف کاربردی می‌باشد. ابتدا با بررسی ادبیات تحقیق عوامل موثر در توسعه اکوتوریسم استحصال شد و سپس در مصاحبه با خبرگان عوامل دسته بندی و سپس اولویت‌بندی با استفاده از مدل‌سازی ساختاری ‌تفسیری انجام شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که یکی از مهم‌ترین عواملی که می‌تواند توسعه اکوتوریسم این منطقه را شکوفا نماید مدیریت مناسب است. این عامل می‌تواند سایر عوامل را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و آن‌ها را در راستای توسعه پایدار گردشگری جهت دهی نماید.

Designing the Pattern of Ecotourism Development in Khalkhal city using the Structural Interpretation Modeling Approach

Abstract Tourism is one of the main human needs in order to spend leisure time. From an economic point of view, for many countries, this industry is the main source of income, employment, private sector growth and infrastructure development. One of the attractive tourist areas for people and tourists is nature tourism or ecotourism. Ecotourism refers to a kind of tourism that tourists visit to visit natural resources and natural areas. This type of tourism emphasizes the attractiveness of the environment. This research is a qualitativequantitative research method (in the framework of mixed research methodology) and from the point of view of applied purpose. At first, by studying the research literature, effective factors in the development of ecotourism were extracted and then, in interviewing the experts, the factors were categorized and then the prioritization was done using interpretive structural modeling. The results show that one of the most important factors that could enhance ecotourism development in this area is proper management. This factor can affect other factors and guide them towards sustainable development of tourism.
