تدوین راهبرد جهت احیاء بافت فرسوده با استفاده از ماتریس qspm (نمونه موردی: بخش مرکزی شهر اهواز)

فرسودگی یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل مربوط به فضای شهری است در این پژوهش 50 تا پرسشنامه در بین کارشناسان و متخصصان شهری توزیع گردید. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی بوده، عوامل داخلی و خارجی ماتریس swot بخش مرکزی شهر اهواز مشخص شد جهت سنجش 50 عامل داخلی و 46 عامل خارجی به کارگرفته شد. نتایج بدست آمده از داده‌های پرسشنامه، مهمترین ضعف ها، قوت‌ها، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای پیش روی محدوده ی مورد مطالعه شناسایی شد. با تدوین جدول، پس از امتیاز دهی و محاسبه ی نمره ی نهایی موقعیت راهبرد تهاجمی مشخص شد. سپس با استفاده از ماتریس (qspm ) گزینه‌های مختلف مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و از بین آنها مناسب‌ترین گزینه انتخاب شد. طبق نتایج پژوهش ایجاد پوشش گیاهی مناسب برای ایجاد سایه و آسایش اقلیمی، تقویت نقش عناصر تاریخی در نظام منظر شهری و.. به ترتیب برای مقاله پیشنهاد می‌شود.

The revival of urban decay with the approach of development strategy withQSPM case study: the central part of the city of Ahwaz
