مدل‌سازی مکان‌‌‌یابی پارک‌های شهری با استفاده از مدل فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای (anp) در محیط gis (مطالعه موردی: شهر بندر امام خمینی (ره)

چکیده پارک‌های شهری به عنوان یکی از مهمترین فضاهای عمومی خدماتی شهر نقش بسزایی در ارتقای شرایط اجتماعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی نواحی شهری دارند. این مقاله تحت عنوان مدل‌سازی مکان‌‌‌یابی پارک‌های شهری با استفاده از مدل فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای (anp) در محیط gis (مطالعه موردی: شهر بندر امام خمینی (ره)) می باشد. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش بررسی آن توصیفیتحلیلی است. هدف اصلی پژوهش مکان یابی بهینه برای پارک های شهری بندرامام خمینی(ره)می باشد که جهت تجزیه وتحلیل شاخص ها از روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیارهgis و فرایندتحلیل شبکه ای (anp)استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش معیارها در چهار خوشه‌ مطلوبیت، آسایش، جمعیتی و همجواری تنظیم شدند که خوشه مطلوبیت با وزن 097/0 ، کمترین و خوشه جمعیت با ارزش (468/0) بالاترین خوشه را به خود اختصاص داده است همچنین در محیط arcgis، ابعاد زمین‌های بایر محدوده مورد مطالعه که می‌بایست برای پارک‌های آتی برنامه‌ریزی شوند در پنج طبقه‌ی نامناسب، ضعیف، متوسط، مناسب و بسیار مناسب تقسیم‌بندی و ارزش گذاری شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داده که بیشتر کاربری‌های مسکونی و آموزشی نسبت به پارک‌های محله‌ای در شهر بندر امام خمینی از سازگاری بیشتری برخوردارند که 38 درصد از پارک‌ها در رده‌ تناسب بالا، 43 درصد دارای تناسب متوسط و 19 درصد جزو تناسب پایین می‌باشد و بهترین مکان‌ها جهت مکانیابی توسعه پارک های شهری در بندر امام خمینی اراضی بایر جنوبی و شرقی شهر می‌باشد. کلید واژه: پارک‌، مکانیابی،gis ،anp ، شهر بندر امام خمینی (ره)

Modeling of locating urban parks using the model of Analytic Network Process (ANP) in GIS (Case Study: city of Bandar Imam)

Abstract Urban parks as one of the most important publicservice spaces of the city play a significant role in promoting the social, cultural, economic and environmental conditions of urban areas. This article aims at locating parks in Imam Khomeini port. This applied research is examined by descriptiveanalytic method. In order to analyze the indices, GISmulticriteria decision making methods and Analytic Network Process (ANP) have been used. In this research, the criteria were adjusted in four clusters of desirability, comfort, demographic and neighborhood. The results showed that the desirability cluster with the weight of 0.097 and population cluster with the value of 0.468 are the clusters with lowest and highest values, respectively. Also, in the ArcGIS environment, the dimensions of the useless land of the studied areas that should be planned for future parks were categorized and ranked in five classes: inappropriate, weak, medium, appropriate and very appropriate. The results of the study showed that most residential and educational uses against to the local parks are more compatible in Imam Khomeini port. In addition, 38, 43 and 19 percent of the parks have high, medium and low suitability. The results also revealed that the best location for the development of the urban parks is southern and eastern useless land of the city. Keywords: Park, locating, GIS, ANP, Imam Khomeini port.
