سنجش مولفه های موثر بر رضایتمندی ساکنین از محیط سکونت در بافت های فرسوده و تاریخی (نمونه موردی: محله سرشور شهر مشهد)

به جرات می توان گفت همه بخش های درگیر در زندگی انسان در رضایتمندی او از زندگیش خلاصه می شود و متاسفانه محلات بافت قدیمی در سطح نازلی از این حیث قرار دارند. محله سرشور در مرکز تاریخی کلانشهر مشهد از جمله بافتهای ارزشمند تاریخی و در عین حال فرسوده ای است که مواجهه با معضلاتی چون فرسودگی کالبدی، ناکارآمدی عملکردی، مشکلات زیست محیطی و  . . . به شدت بر میزان رضایتمندی ساکنین در آن تاثیر گذاشته است. از این رو هدف این پژوهش سنجش مولفه های اثر گذار بر میزان رضایتمندی در بافت می باشد. روش تحقیق تحلیلی – توصیفی و از نوع کاربردی – توسعه ای است. گردآوری اطلاعات به دو صورت کتابخانه ایاسنادی (بررسی طرح ها و مکتوبات موجود و...) و میدانیپیمایشی (مشاهده، مصاحبه، پرسشنامه و ...) انجام گرفته است تعداد پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از روش کوکران برابر 80 عدد برآورد گردید و بصورت تصادفی ساده بین ساکنین توزیع و جمع آوری شد. تحلیل اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با روش تاپسیس صورت گرفته است. یافته های این تحقیق نشان داد که در بین عوامل موثر در ارتقای میزان رضایتمندی در بافت "تمایل به حضور در مراسم مذهبی" با 7116/0 ، دسترسی به مراکز خرید روزانه و هفتگی با امتیاز 649/0 و کیفیت دسترسی به حمل و نقل عمومی با ضریب 6158/0 از جمله عواملی هستند که می توانند در ارتقای شاخص های رضایتمندی در محله سرشوق نقش آفرین باشند. یافته ها مبین این است که حوزه بلافصل و فراگیر محلات نیز تاثیر مستقیمی در رضایتمندی و جهت گیری جهان بینی ساکنین محلات دارند در این راستا بحث های ایدئولوژی در مورد محله مذکور صادق است و گزینه تمایل به حضور در مراسم مذهبی بیشترین امتیاز را کسب نموده است.

Assessment of environmental factors affecting satisfaction of residents living in old and historical context (Case Study: Sarshoor neighborhood of Mashhad)

It is safe to say all sectors involved in human life in his satisfaction of his life , unfortunately district in the level of old tissue Nazli in this respect . sarshoor neighborhood in the center of the historic city of Mashhad mega including valuable tissues historical and at the same time a worn out , which is facing problems for bodily exhaustion , inefficiency of performance, environmental problems and … heavily on the satisfaction of its residents . The purpose of this research measure effect on the amount of components in the context of satisfaction . descriptive and analytical research method of application type of development . gathering information as both a library documents ( review existing plans and quantities of letters , etc.) and field a survey ( observation , questionnaire and interview … ) , the number of questionnaires using the Cochrane 80 was estimated to number between residents and simple random distribution and were collected. Analysis of the information collected by Topsis method . the findings of this study showed that among the factors effective in enhancing satisfaction ( in the context of " tend to attending religious services , " 7116 / 0 , access to daily or weekly shopping centres with a score of 649 / 0 and quality of access to public transport by a factor of 6158 / 0 including are the factors that can promote satisfaction indicators contributing in the Sarshoor . The findings indicate that a comprehensive and in the immediate area also has a direct impact on the world and satisfaction orientation nose neighbourhood residents are in this regard the ideology of discussions about the neighborhood is honest and willingness to attending religious services was the top scorer .
