وضعیت سنجی سیاست های اقتصادی فضا با رویکرد ژئوپلیتیک شهری (نمونه ی موردی؛ شهرستان های استان فارس)

ژئوپلیتیک شهری با تاکید بر سیاست گذاری های اقتصادی در شهر، در پی بررسی و مطالعه ی نقش ابعاد سیاسی در پدیده‌های جغرافیایی یک شهر است. سیاست های اقتصادی در یک شهر، می تواند زوایای مختلفی از شیوه‌های مدیریت و سیاست را بازنمایی کند. به گونه ای که با توجه رویکرد ژئوپلیتیک شهری، می توان پراکنش کیفیت شاخص‌های اقتصادی در یک شهر را در چارچوب عدالت اجتماعی یا فضایی مشخص کرد. پژوهش حاضر، با چنین هدفی به بررسی چگونگی پراکنش توسعه در مقیاس استان فارس پرداخته است. از میان شاخص‌های توسعه در بخش اقتصاد سیاسی، زیرساخت ها و امکانات بهداشتی - درمانی برگزیده شده است تا چگونگی پراکنش و توسعه ی آن در مقیاس شهرستان های استان فارس (14 شهرستان منتخب) مقایسه شود. روش مطالعه در این پژوهش، علی مقایسه ای بوده و از تکنیک های تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره، همچون روش شباهت به گزینه ی ایده آل (topsis)، تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (ahp) و روش تحلیل خوشه ای استفاده شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان از آن دارد که محرومیتی نسبی در مقیاس استان فارس از نظر برخورداری از شاخص‌های توسعه ی بهداشتی درمانی به چشم می آید و پراکنش فضایی امکانات نیز چندان با توان و نیاز جمعیتی شهرستان های این استان، همخوان و همگن نیست؛ چنانکه شهرستان شیراز به عنوان مرکز سیاسی استان، برخوردارترین شهرستان از نظر شاخص توسعه به شمار می رود و اختلاف نسبتاً چشم گیری با دیگر شهرستان ها دارد.

Assessment of the Political Economy of Space from the perspective of Urban Geopolitics (Case Study: Counties of Fars Province)

Absteract One of sociology's original and most fundamental questions is: how does the city shape social life? The answer provided by urban political economy is: as a mechanism in the accumulation of wealth, with all the power and inequality that results. “Political economy” generally refers to the scholarly paradigm that examines how material processes of production and exchange shape and are shaped by decisions made in economic and political institutions; with “urban,” this concern centers around material production of and within cities. Since the 1970s, urban political economy has influenced the field of urban sociology, bringing insights from other disciplines – particularly social geography (with its conceptualization of social space and place) and political science (the focus on government and law) – while retaining sociology's social constructionist framework. Sociology provides an especially hospitable discipline for urban political economy's investigation of the ways in which the city's economic and political relations cohere and evolve across institutional, legal, and territorial domains. Geopolitical Management of Space is a comprehensive and methodological totality from the composition of management capacities and comprehensive geographical indicators.
