بررسی و تحلیل نظام تقسیمات کشوری در ایران با تاکید بر متغیرهای علمی و جغرافیایی: مطالعه موردی استان سیستان و بلوچستان

تقسیمات کشوری و سیاسی یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل تعیین کننده توسعه اقتصادی و فرهنگی و اجتماعی یک کشور به حساب می‌آید؛ اما با وجود اهمیت این مولفه تصمیم‌گیری در خصوص چگونگی و کم و کیف آن بیشتر کاری است سیاسی و درید قدرت دولت‌ها و نظام‌های سیاسی. هدف این مقاله بررسی و تحلیل نظام تقسیمات کشوری در ایران با تاکید بر متغیرهای علمی و جغرافیایی است. سوال اصلی مقاله این است که با در نظر گرفتن دو متغیر علمی و جغرافیایی به عنوان معیار ارزیابی و کارآمدی، نظام تقسیمات کشوری در ایران دارای چه درجه‌ای از کیفیت است و اینکه چگونه می‌توان با استفاده از متغیرهای عمدتاً علمی و جغرافیایی مدلی مطلوب برای نظام تقسیمات کشوری در ایران ارائه داد؟ می‌توان گفت که نظام تقسیمات کشوری در ایران بیشتر ماهیت سیاسی و تا حدودی جمعیتی دارد به نحوی که در سابقه تاریخی آن و یا در چشم‌انداز آینده آن کم‌تر اثری از متغیرهای علمی و جغرافیایی مشاهده می شود. با توجه به این مقدمه در این مقاله تلاش خواهد شد با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اسناد بالادستی به تحلیل و تبیین موضوع بررسی و تحلیل نظام تقسیمات کشوری در ایران با تاکید بر متغیرهای علمی و جغرافیایی پرداخته شود.

Investigating and analyzing the system of divisions in Iran with emphasis on scientific and geographical variables

Abstract National and political divisions considered one of the most important determinants of the country's economic, cultural and social development but despite the importance of this component deciding on how and the way it is most political work and the power of governments and political systems. The purpose of this article is investigating and analyzing the system of divisions in Iran with emphasis on scientific and geographical variables. The main question of this article is that considering the two scientific and geographical variables as criteria for evaluation and effectiveness what is the quality of the system of country divisions in Iran? And how can we use the most scientific and geographic variables to provide a model for the system of country divisions in Iran? It can be said that the system of divisions in IRAN more has Political nature and somewhat demographic and somehow in its historical record or in its future prospects not seen less scientific and geographical variables. Given this introduction this paper will attempt to use library resources and upstream documentation to be paid to analyze and explain the issue of studying and analyzing the system of divisions in Iran with emphasis on scientific and geographical variables.
