ساماندهی و باز زنده‌سازی مرکز محله در بافت تاریخی به منظور ارتقاء تعاملات اجتماعی (مطالعه موردی محله سنگ سیاه شیراز)

محله‌ها و بافت‌های تاریخی هویت بخش و هویت سازند. این کالبد تاریخی کهن با وجود قابلیت‌های بالقوه و سرمایه‌های گرانقدر، با چالش‌های بسیاری روبروست که عدم پیش بینی تمهیدات لازم، موجب آسیب‌های جبران ناپذیر و اتلاف سرمایه‌های فرهنگی منحصر به فرد می‌شود. محله همیشه و در هر شرایط در ارتباط پویا با اطراف خود بوده، این روند در حال حاضر کم رنگ شده است و ارزش‌های درونی محله، که همان ارتباطات انسانی ناشی از تعاملات فضایی و انسانی در یک مکان خاص بودند، به سمت زوال ونابودی پیش می‌روند. در این پژوهش سعی بر آن شده است که با مطالعات کتابخانه ای و میدانی و روش مصاحبه و مشاهده و استفاده از روش توصیفی، تحلیلی و با استفاده از مدل استراتژیک swot به شناخت مفهوم مرکز محله پرداخته شود تا با تجزیه و تحلیل وضعیت موجود و شناسایی نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدات و با واکاوی کارکرد نقش مرکز محله در شهرها، راهبردهای طراحی یک مرکز محله فعال و سرزنده را در یک نمونه دارای ارزش‌های تاریخی فرهنگی ارائه شود. این مقاله به طرح موضوع مرکز محله در محله سنگ سیاه شیراز پرداخته است. دستاورد این تحقیق راهبردهای است که به طور عمده متوجه ارتقا کیفیت‌های بصری، خوانایی، ایمنی و امنیت و مشارکت گروه‌های خلاق، پویایی و سرزندگی محله عرضه می شود.
