تحلیل جنسیتی عوامل موثر بر کارکرد اقتصادی زنان در فضاهای روستایی (مطالعه موردی: دهستان بناب، شهرستان زنجان)

فعالیت‌های اقتصادی زنان روستایی در عرصه‌های گوناگون و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کارکرد اقتصادی آنها در فرایند توسعه به عنوان یکی از دغدغه‌های اساسی بایستی مورد توجه سیاست گذاران، برنامه‌ریزان و کارشناسان قرار گیرد. در همین راستا تحقیق حاضر به شناخت عوامل موثر بر کارکرد اقتصادی زنان روستایی پرداخته است. نوع پژوهش کاربردی و روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی مبتنی بر مشاهده، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق زنان روستایی دهستان بناب واقع در بخش مرکزی، شهرستان زنجان می‌باشد. با توجه به گستردگی منطقه مورد مطالعه و به منظور مطالعه دقیق، 9 روستا با استفاده از روش تصادفی ساده به عنوان روستاهای مورد مطالعه انتخاب شدند که در مجموع دارای 1403 خانوار می‌باشند. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه به منظور پاسخ دهی به پرسشنامه 300 نفر به دست آمد. روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه و پرسش نامه می‌باشد، پرسشنامه اساساً از سوالات بسته و با پاسخ‌هایی در طیف لیکرت پنج مقیاس تشکیل شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از دو روش آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد، کارکرد اقتصادی زنان در محدوده مطالعه در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار ندارد و عوامل سن، مالکیت اراضی، تحصیلات و تعداد فرزندان با کارکرد اقتصادی زنان دارای رابطه معناداری می‌باشند.

Analysis of affecting factors on the economic function of women in rural space (Case study: Bonab County; Zanjan Township)

Abstract     The economic activities of rural women in various fields and identifying affecting factors on their economic function in the development process should be considered as one of the major concerns of policy makers, planners and experts. In the same approach, existing study is devoted to identify affecting factors on rural women's economic function. The type of research is applied research and research method is analyticaldescriptive and observation, interviews and questionnaires base. The Statistical population is the rural households of Bonab County located in the central part of the Zanjan Township. According to the 1390 census, the village has 3843 households and 13643 people. Due to the extent of the area and to exact study, 9 villages with 1403 families with simple random method selected as the cases of study. Using Cochran's formula, sample size was 300 households. Data collection methods Library and field and instruments for gathering information are interviews and questionnaires. Questionnaires basically formed closed questions whit answers in Likert five scale. To analyze the data, the descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics methods were used. The results show that the economic function of women in the area of study is not in good condition. And age, water or homebred land and garden ownership, education and number of children have a meaningful relationship with women's economic function.
