ارزیابی و رتبه‎بندی شاخص‎های پایداری محیطی فضاهای آموزش عالی (مطالعه‌ موردی: واحدهای دانشگاه‌ فرهنگیان تهران)

تلفیق پایداری و آمایش در آموزش عالی هنوز در گام‎های ابتدایی خود مانده و با چالش‎های بسیاری روبه‎روست و بهبود سنجش و ارزیابی مداوم شاخص‎ها و مولفه‎های پایداری دانشگاهی می‎تواند باعث ایجاد تحول و ثبات در نظام آموزش عالی و کاهش نگرانی‎های روزافزون پایداری محیطی موسسات آموزش عالی شود. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی و رتبه‎بندی شاخص‎های آمایشی پایداری محیطی واحدهای دانشگاه‌ فرهنگیان تهران بوده است. این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش کلیه‌ استادان و خبرگان آشنا با واحدهای دانشگاه فرهنگیان شهر تهران بودند که با روش نمونه‏گیری تصادفی ساده و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 52 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌ محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد که روایی آن با استفاده از روش محتوایی و روایی سازه مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن با روش آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. نتایج نشان داد آماره‌ تی (0.612) مولفه‌ ‎مواد و مصالح پایداری محیطی معنی‏دار نیست و در حد متوسط است. اما آماره‌ تی (24.549-) سیستم حمل‎ونقل، آماره‌ تی (11.768-) بهره‎گیری از آب، آماره‌ تی (10.435-) مدیریت زیست‎محیطی، و آماره‌ تی (12.537-) انرژی و اتمسفر در سطح 0.001 منفی و معنی‏دار است. بنابراین میانگین این متغیرها به طور معنادار پایین‏تر از میانگین فرضی یعنی 3 است و در سطح نامطلوبی هستند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد وضعیت هیچ‌یک از شاخص‎های مربوط به مولفه‌های پایداری محیطی (مدیریت محیط زیست، سیستم حمل‎ونقل، مواد و مصالح، بهره‎گیری از آب و انرژی و اتمسفر) در وضعیت مطلوب و مساعدی قرار ندارد. بهبود وضعیت پایداری دانشگاه فرهنگیان مستلزم بازنگری اسناد بالادستی، سند چشم‎انداز دانشگاه فرهنگیان، و اهتمام ورزیدن به شاخص‎های آمایش سرزمین در برنامه‎ریزی است.

evaluation and ranking of environmental sustainability planning indicators of higher education spaces: (a case study of tehran university of education departments)

the integration of sustainability and higher education is still in its early stages, facing many challenges. the improvement and assessment of the ongoing evaluation of academic sustainability indicators and components can lead to evolution and stability in the education system, while addressing the increasing concern for environmental sustainability in higher education institutions. therefore, the purpose of the present study was to evaluate and rank the environmental sustainability indicators of tehran university of culture. this study is a descriptive survey. the statistical population of the research consisted of all professors and experts familiar with the units of tehran farhangian university, who were selected using a simple random sampling method based on cochran formula, resulting in a sample size of 52. a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information, which was confirmed for content and structural validity, and its reliability was verified using cronbach’s alpha method. the results showed that the statistics (0.612) were not significant, indicating average environmental stability materials. however, t-statistics for the transportation system (-549.54), water utilization (-1768), environmental management (-435), and energy and the atmosphere (-1537) is negative at 0.001 levels. therefore, the means of these variables is significantly lower than the hypothetical average, i.e., 3, and are at adverse levels. additionally, the results indicated that the status of any of the indices of environmental sustainability components (environmental management, transportation system, materials, water and energy and atmosphere) is not favorable. improving the sustainability of the farhangian university requires a review of upstream documents, the vision document of the farhangian university, and efforts to enhance land planning indicators in strategic planning.
