نقش شهرهای کوچک در تعادل‌بخشی به توسعۀ پایدار منطقه‌ای و تحولات نظام شهری (مطالعۀ موردی: استان البرز از سال 1365تا1395)

یکی از راهبردهای مهم که در نیم‌قرن اخیر برای مقابله با بی‌تعادلی منطقه‌ای ناشی از رشد فزایندۀ شهرهای بزرگ مورد توجه قرار گرفته، شهر‌های کوچک هستند که به دلیل برخورداری از برخی امکانات و خدمات، به‌عنوان یکی از مراکز مهم در تعادل‌یابی توسعۀ منطقه‌ای کانون توجه قرار می‌گیرند. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی ارزیابی و هدف آن بررسی وضعیت تحولات نظام شهری شهر‌های کوچک استان البرز در جهت تعادل‌بخشی به توسعۀ پایدار منطقه‌ای است. برای دستیابی به جایگاه شهرهای کوچک در نظام شهری در یک دورۀ زمانی 30ساله (1365تا1395) از مدل‌های رتبۀ اندازه، آنتروپی و ترازنامه استفاده شده، سپس نقش آن‌ها در تعادل‌یابی توسعۀ منطقه‌ای ارزیابی شده است. نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهد ضریب آنتروپی بدون احتساب شهرهای کوچک نیز به عدم تعادل ادامه خواهد داد. در مدل لگاریتمی رتبۀ اندازه نیز با احتساب شهر‌های کوچک، شیب خط برابر 1.94 و بدون احتساب شهر‌های کوچک، به 1.21 کاهش یافته که حاکی از نقش انکارناپذیر شهر‌های کوچک در نظام شهری است. نتایج مدل ترازنامه نیز نشان می‌دهد تغییرات مولفه‌ها عمدتاً درون‌طبقه‌ای و ناشی از رشد شهر‌هاست و فقط در سال 1385، با توجه به تبدیل روستاها به شهر شاهد تغییرات ناشی از شهرهای جدید بوده‌ایم.
