تبیین تجربیات دانشجویان پرستاری از ارزشیابی بالینی: یک مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: ارزشیابی قلب هر برنامه آموزشی است و در پرستاری به منظور اطمینان از صلاحیت فارغ التحصیلان، دارای اهمیت خاصی می ;باشد. به جهت اهمیت موضوع و وجود چالش فراوان در این زمینه این مطالعه با هدف تبیین تجربیات دانشجویان پرستاری از ارزشیابی بالینی انجام شد.روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی به روش تحلیل محتوا است. مشارکت کنندگان در این پژوهش 12 نفر از دانشجویان ترم 8 می ;باشند. نمونه گیری به روش مبتنی بر هدف تا رسیدن به اشباع داده ها انجام شد. جمع آوری داده ها با به کارگیری مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. در قدم اول واحد ;های معنایی تعیین گردید. سپس کدگذاری انجام شد، به این صورت که واحدها بر اساس مشابهت در یک طبقه قرار گرفتند و زیر طبقات تشکیل شد و بعد با ترکیب طبقات درون مایه ;های اصلی استخراج گردید.نتایج: 12 دانشجوی ترم هشت رشته پرستاری، در این مطالعه به کار گرفته شدند. بعد از بررسی یافته ها، فرآیند ارزشیابی موثر بعنوان درون مایه اصلی استخراج گردید. طبقات به وجود آمده شامل نوع ارزشیابی، توان حرفه ای مربی، ابزار ارزشیابی و جو فیزیکی و روانی ارزشیابی بود.نتیجه ;گیری: فرآیند ارزشیابی موثر مفهومی است که باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد. برنامه ریزی صحیح جهت اصلاح فرآیند ارزشیابی جهت دستیابی به برآیندهای یادگیری و توانمند نمودن دانشجویان پرستاری ضروری است.

Experiences of Nursing Student's Clinical Evaluation: A Qualitative Content Analysis

Introduction: Evaluation is the heart of any educational program and in nursing programs ensure the competence of nursing students. This study aims to explore the experiences of nursing students rsquo; clinical evaluation..methods: The present study is qualitative content analysis. Participants in this study were 12 nursing students enrolled in the 8th semester. Purposive sampling was performed until data saturation. Data collection was performed using semistructured interviews. The first step was to determine the meaning units. The coding was performed, then, the units were classified based on similarities and subclasses were formed. After that, and combined classes and the main themes were extracted.Results: Twelve students participated in this study. After aalysing the findings, the main themes were extracted. There are some classes included types of assessment, professional experience of the trainer, and assessment tools to evaluate the physical and psychological environment.Conclusions: Effective evaluation process is a concept that should be considered. Proper planning to reform the evaluation process for achieving the learning outcomes and empower nursing students is essential.
