همبستگی بین پایبندی به منش بین حرفه‌ای و درک نسبت به ایمنی بیمار و تعهدحرفه ای در بین اعضای تیم جراحی

مقدمه: آموزش ایمنی بیمار و اصول تعهدحرفه ای به عنوان مهم‌ترین مهارت در سیستم‌های آموزش علوم پزشکی مورد توجه قرار می‌گیرد. بنابراین این مطالعه باهدف تعیین ارتباط بین پایبندی به منش بین حرفه‌ای (interprofessional professionalism) و درک نسبت به ایمنی بیمار و تعهدحرفه ای در بین اعضای تیم جراحی در یکی از بیمارستان‌ های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم انجام‌شده است.روش بررسی: این مطالعه یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است. شرکت‌کنندگان 108 نفر از پرسنل شاغل در اتاق عمل و دانشجویان اتاق عمل و هوشبری در عرصه بودند که به‌صورت سرشماری در مطالعه وارد شدند. در این مطالعه از دو پرسشنامه ارزیابی منش بین حرفه‌ای و پرسشنامه درک نسبت به ایمنی بیمار استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش‌های آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و تجزیه‌وتحلیل ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.نتایج: نتایج آزمون رگرسیون نشان داد همه حیطه‌های منش بین حرفه‌ای بر درک شرکت‌کنندگان نسبت به ایمنی بیمار به‌طور معنی‌داری تاثیرگذار است (0.05p<). آزمون پیرسون نشان داد بین نمرات حیطه فرهنگ ایمنی در پرسشنامه درک ایمنی نسبت به بیمار و نمرات حیطه‌های منش بین حرفه‌ای ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت (0.05>p).نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری بین نمرات پایبندی افراد به اصول منش بین حرفه‌ای و درک آن‌ها نسبت به ایمنی بیمار وجود دارد. بنابراین می‌توان گفت توسعه توانمندی‌های منش بین حرفه ای اعضای تیم سلامت به‌ویژه به‌صورت معنی‌داری می‌تواند درک آن‌ها را نسبت به رعایت اصول ایمنی افزایش دهد.

Investigating the correlation between perception of patient safety and adherence to interprofessional professionalism among members of the surgical team

Introduction: Patient safety training and principles of professional commitment are considered as the most important skills in medical science education systems. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between adherence to interprofessional professionalism and understanding of patient safety and professional commitment among surgical team members in one of the teaching hospitals affiliated to Qom University of Medical Sciences.Methods: This study is a descriptiveanalytical study. The participants were 108 personnel working in the operating room and students of the operating room and intelligence in the field, who were included in the study as a census. In this study, two questionnaires were used: Assessment of Interprofessional Professionalism and Questionnaire of Understanding of Patient Safety . The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics methods.Result: The results of the regression test showed that all areas of interprofessional behavior have a significant effect on the participants #39; understanding of patient safety (p<0.05). Pearson #39;s test showed that there was a significant relationship between the scores of the safety culture field in the patient safety understanding questionnaire and the scores of the interprofessional character fields. (p< 0.05)Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the scores of people #39;s adherence to the principles of interprofessional behavior and their understanding of patient safety. Therefore, it can be said that the development of interprofessional character proficiencies of health team members can significantly increase their understanding of compliance with safety principles.
