کاربرد پورتفولیو در آموزش و ارزیابی یادگیری در پرستاری

مقدمه: پورتفولیو یکی از استراتژی های یادگیری فعال و تکالیف نوشتاری برای آموزش های بالینی است که از طریق آن فراگیران پروژه های انجام شده خود که شامل شواهدی از فعالیت های یادگیری بالینی در طول یا انتهای یک دوره بالینی است، ارائه می دهند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی کاربرد این ابزار در آموزش پرستاری به منظور آگاهی از نقاط ضف و قوت این ابزار انجام شد. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر مروری بر متون منتشر شده به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی با امکان دستیابی به متن کامل مقاله در 5 سال اخیر در ارتباط با کاربرد پورتفولیو در آموزش پرستاری بود که با استفاده از کلید واژه های portfolio و nursing در پایگاه های،web of science ، google scholar و proquest جستجو شدند. بعد از حذف موارد تکراری و غیر مرتبط 17 مقاله بر اساس هدف مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.نتایج: بررسی متون نشان می دهد که از پورتفولیو در سطوح و دروس مختلف دانشجویان پرستاری و با اهداف مختلف همچون ارزیابی، ارزشیابی، آموزش و بهبود عملکرد استفاده می شود. استفاده از پورتفولیو مزایا و محدودیت هایی دارد که آگاهی از آنها برای طراحی و بکارگیری پورتفولیو ضروری است. از مزایای پورتفولیو می توان به تکامل مهارت های باز اندیشی،یادگیری فعال، بهبود صلاحیت های بالینی رضایت دانشجویان از ارزیابی و پیشرفت تحصیلی اشاره نمود. از محدودیت های آن می توان عدم شفافیت و محدودیت زمانی برای تکمیل پورتفولیو را نام برد.نتیجه گیری: پورتفولیو امکان نظارت بر رشد و توسعه حرفه ای پرستاران را فراهم و مدیریت دانش را تسهیل می سازد لذا به منظور ارتقا صلاحیت بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری در مقاطع کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکترا در ایران طراحی و بکارگیری این ابزار پیشنهاد می گردد. لیکن باید حیطه و هدف از بکارگیری پورتفولیو مشخص گردد و کاربران به خوبی در مورد این مسئله و اهمیت آن توجیه گردند و مهارت های لازم جهت استفاده از آن را بیاموزند.

Application of Portfolio in Nursing Education and Assessment of Learning

Introduction: Portfolio is one of the active learning strategies for clinical education. By making portfolio, students present their own projects including clinical learning activities at or near the end of a clinical course. The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of this tool in nursing education in order to know the advantage and limitation of the tool.Methods: This study reviews the literature published in Farsi and English with the possibility of accessing the full text of the article over the past five years related to the use of portfolio in nursing education. A literature review was done by searching the keywords portfolio and nursing in the databases including; Web of Science, and ProQuest and scientific search engine such as Google Scholar. After removing repetitive and nonrelated items, 17 articles were selected accordingly.Result: The review of literature suggests that the portfolio is used in different schools and courses of nursing students with different goals such as assessment, evaluation, training; and performance improvement. Using portfolios has some advantages and limitations that need to be determinate for designing and implementing portfolios. Some benefits of portfolios were development of skills, fostering active learning, improvement of clinical competencies, and satisfaction of students from assessment and academic achievement. Its limitations include the lack of clarity and time constraints for completing it.Conclusion: The portfolio facilitates the monitoring of nurses' professional development and facilitates knowledge management. Therefore, designing and using this tool is recommended to improve the clinical competence of nursing students in undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate studies in Iran. However, the scope and purpose of using the portfolio should be specified and potential users should be well aware of the issue and its importance, and to learn the skills necessary to use it.Keywords: Portfolio, Nursing, Education, Assessment, Learning.
