خانواده در نظام حکمت عملی ابن‌سینا

خانواده اصلی‌ترین نهاد اجتماعی و بنیادی‌ترین عنصر جامعه و بستر رشد بسیاری از ارزش‌ها است. ابن‌سینا در آثار خود، از جمله وجوب السیاسه و الحاجه الی السیاسه، مستقلاً، و نیز در آثار دیگر خود به این موضوع پرداخته و با رویکردی دینی‌فلسفی از ضرورت، عوامل و موانع تحکیم آن سخن می‌گوید. این مقاله، ابتدا جایگاه حکمت منزل در نظام حکمی سینوی را می‌کاود و سپس در باب عناصر اصلی و مرتبط با آن، مانند ازدواج، نحوه مشارکت زن و مرد در اداره منزل، حقوق خانواده و اصول حاکم بر سیاست منزل، سخن می‌گوید. ابن‌سینا در باب عوامل ازدواج بر انگیزه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، روانی و جنسی انگشت می‌نهد و در راستای تحکیم این بنیاد بر مسئولیت مدیران و حاکمان جامعه، تلاش در جهت رفاه اقتصادی و ایجاد شغل، رشد عقلانی زوجین، جلوگیری از ازدواج‌های پنهانی و عفت خانواده تاکید فراوان دارد. در بحث از حقوق همسر و تکالیف مرد به حقوقی همچون حق نفقه، حق صیانت و حق کرامت اشاره می‌کند و مرد را مهم‌ترین تکیه‌گاه تحکیم خانواده می‌داند. در باب حق طلاق معتقد است این حق نباید در اختیار فرد متلون‌المزاج و کم‌خرد قرار گیرد. بر همین اساس لزوماً در موقعیت‌هایی این حق را از مرد سلب می‌کند.

Family in Avicenna’s System of Applied Philosophy

Family is the most basic social institution and the most fundamental element of the community and the context in which values are fostered. In his treatises including “Wujub alSiyassah” and “AlHa’jat ila alSiyassah” in particular as well as other writings in general, Avicenna has penned about family and adopted a religiousphilosophical approach to delve into the necessity of the institution and factors and barriers toward its secure establishment. The present study, first, investigates the position of family n Avecenian philosophical system and then probes the fundamental elements associated with it including marriage, cooperation of man and wife in house management, family law and the principles ruling housing affairs. Concerning marriage factors, Avicenna lays stress on sexual, psychological, social and economical motivations and calls attentions of managers and rulers of the society to economical welfare, job creation, couples’ intellectual maturation, preventing from hidden marriages and chastity of the family aimed at strengthening the establishment of the family institution. Besides, regarding the rights of wife and duties of husband, Avicenna underscores the duty of paying subsistence alimony to wife and her rights for respect and support while knowing he man as the pillar of the institution. However, concerning the right of divorce, he believes that such a right should not be held by someone who is morally instable and rationally ill. Therefore, in some conditions, man might become deprived of such a privilege.
