بررسی وضعیت زیست فناوری در استان آذربایجان شرقی

پیشرفت های چشم گیر زیست فناوری در دهه های اخیر به ویژه پس از دستیابی به روش های نوین مهندسی ژنتیک آن را به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین فناوری های مولد معرفی کرده است. با توجه به اینکه مدیریت و برنامه ریزی در تمامی زمینه ها ازجمله زیست فناوری نیازمند شناخت دقیق وضعیت موجود آن می باشد،در این مطالعه اقدام به شناسایی محققان، موسسه ها، دانشگاه ها و شرکت های فعال در زمینه های مختلف زیست فناوری همراه با زمینه های پژوهشی آن ها گردید، تا با شناخت نقاط ضعف و قوت زیست فناوری استان آذربایجان شرقی زمینه اتخاذ تصمیم های هدفمند برای مسئولین فراهم گردد. نتایج حاصل از این بررسی نشان داد که بیش از 40% فعالیت های زیست فناوری استان در ارتباط با بخش کشاورزی، حدود 25% در حوزه جانوری و 35% نیز شامل سایر بخش ها می باشد. عمده فعالیت محققان در حوزه زیست فناوری کشاورزی در ارتباط با بررسی شرایط مختلف رشدی گیاه است. مطالعه بر روی گیاهان دارویی، کشت بافت گیاهی، تولید گیاهان تراریخته نیز ازجمله فعالیت های بخش زیست فناوری گیاهی است. بررسی عوامل موثر در رشد دام ها، سلامت دام و محصولات دامی در بخش زیست فناوری جانوری و همسانه سازی ژن های مفید و کنترل میکروارگانیسم های بیماری زا عمده پژوهش های زیست فناوری میکروبی می باشد. بررسی، درمان، مطالعه ژنتیکی و تشخیص بیماری ها در زیست فناوری پزشکی و درنهایت تولید فراورده های دارویی و استفاده از زیست فناوری در صنایع غذایی از فعالیت های انجام گرفته در سایر زمینه های زیست فناوری می باشد. برطبق نتایج، تحقیقات انجام شده در زمینه های زیست فناوری محیط زیست و بخصوص صنعت در این استان بسیار اندک است که نیازمند توجه جدی در این بخش می باشد.

The status study of Biotechnology in East Azerbaijan Province

Biotechnology is one of the most important sciences in today's world which includes application of various sciences in direct or indirect usage of living organisms or their byproducts in natural or modified forms for different fields. Significant advances of biotechnology in recent decades, especially after the acquisition of new methods of genetic engineering for gene isolation, their modification and transferring from one species to another are introduced biotechnology as one of the most productive present and future technologies. Iran with a wide variety of climate and the variety of living organisms is the most suitable region for access to technologies derived from biological sources. According to this point that management and planning in all fields, including biotechnology requires a good understanding of the researchers in that field, Therefore in this study attempted to identify researchers, institutes, universities and companies operating in various fields of biotechnology along with their research areas, To identify strengths and weaknesses of biotechnology to help for taking targeted decision in the province and the country. The results of this study showed that more than 40% of the province biotechnological activities related to agriculture, about 25% related to animal and 35% in the other sectors. The main activities in the agricultural biotechnology are related to the different growth conditions of plants. Study on the medicinal plants, Plant tissue culture and Transformed plant production are other activities in this section. Factors affecting the growth of livestock, animal health and livestock products are main activities related to animal biotechnology and also cloning of useful genes and control of pathogenic microorganisms in microbial biotechnology. Review, treatment, and diagnosis of genetic diseases through biotechnology in the medical field and finally the production of pharmaceutical products and the use of biotechnology in food industry are the activities which are carried out by researchers in various fields of biotechnology in East Azerbaijan Province. According to the results, activities related to environmental biotechnology especially industrial biotechnology are very few in East Azerbaijan Province that requires serious attention in this section.
