واکاوی رویکرد «اخلاق‌شناختی» قرآن کریم در مواجهه با تبعیض قومی و نژادی

برتری‌دادن برخی گروه‌های انسانی به‌دلیل اتصاف به ویژگی‌های غیر اکتسابی یا اکتسابی و فاقد اصالت، باوری است که منشا بسیاری از بی‌عدالتی‌ها در تاریخ حیات اجتماعی بشر بوده است. قرآن کریم به‌عنوان عالی‌ترین منبع معرفتی، الگویی از جامعه‌‌پردازی را ارائه نموده که در آن ارزش‌های وراثتی و نژادی به‌کلی ملغی و با ارائه‌ی راهبردهای متناسب اخلاقی در مقام بیان ویژگی‌های نظام اجتماعی متعادل و متکامل برآمده است. بررسی‌ها دراین‌باره، حاکی از این مدعاست که مجموعه راهبردهای قرآن کریم دراین‌خصوص، حداقل بر سه رویکرد »تنذیری «، »تبدیلی « و »تثبیتی « استوار است. رویکردهای مزبور که به‌صورت تحلیلی توصیفی و با روش کتابخانه‌ای در قلمرو علوم قرآنی تشریح گردیده‌اند، ضمن این‌که تمهید تئوریک جامعی برای ارتقای نظام حقوق شهروندی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران محسوب می‌شوند، می‌توانند چارچوب‌های مفهومی مناسبی جهت تکوین و تکامل هنجارهای عادلانه و ضد تبعیض قومی و نژادی در نظام بین‌المللی حقوق بشر ارائه نمایند.

Analysis of Ethicological Approach of Holy Quran Facing National and Racial Discrimination

Assuming priority to some human groups according to attribution to innate or acquired and nongentry features is a belief that it is source of most of unfairness in the history of human rsquo;s social life. Holy Quran as the best epistemological source presented an organizational sample of society in which the inherited and racial features all negated and through demonstration of suitable moral approaches is going to display the features of stable and developed social system. Studies in this theme shows that the strategic set of Holy Quran here is founded on three approaches: Intimidating, Substitutable, Steady. These approaches has been analyzed in a descriptiveanalytical manner and library method in Quranic sciences domain. Also these are a complete introductory theory to develop citizenship right system in Islamic republic of Iran. These approaches can display suitable conceptual outlines to generate and develop fair values and against national and racial discriminatory standards in human rights rsquo; international system.
