ارتباط اخلاق کار و رضایتمندی داوطلبان رویدادی

اخلاق کار و رضایت شغلی، به دنبال شکست شرکت های بزرگ و بحران های غرب اهمیت بسیاری پیدا کرده است. هدف پژوهش، تعیین رابطه اخلاق کار با رضایتمندی داوطلبان رویدادی در ورزش بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، داوطلبان شرکت کننده در دوازدهمین المپیاد فرهنگی ورزشی دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشگاه های سراسر کشور بودند. 133 نفر به عنوان نمونۀ آماری تعیین شدند و برای جمع آوری داده ها دو پرسش نامه اخلاق کار پتی (1990) و پرسش نامه رضایتمندی از تجارب داوطلبی ملائی و همکاران (1388) توسط آن ها تکمیل شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسش نامه ها، توسط صاحب نظران تایید شد. پایایی پرسش نامه ها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ برای اخلاق کار و رضایتمندی از تجارب داوطلبی به ترتیب 0/82 و 0/92 محاسبه شد. نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد بین اخلاق کار و رضایتمندی داوطلبان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین تحلیل رگرسیونی گام به گام نشان داد، دو بعد از اخلاق کار (روابط سالم و انسانی در کار و جدیت و پشتکار در کار)، نقش مثبت و معناداری در پیش بینی رضایتمندی داوطلبان داشتند (0/01≥p). بنابراین، به مدیران ورزشی توصیه می شود، با ارائۀ کدهای اخلاقی و توسعۀ اصول اخلاق کار، رضایتمندی را در میان داوطلبان ورزشی افزایش دهند.

The Relationship between Work Ethics and Satisfaction of Event Volunteers

The study of work ethics and job satisfaction have gained great significance following the failures of major corporations and the West rsquo;s crisis. The purpose of research was to analyze the relationship between work ethics and satisfaction events volunteers in sport. The method that applied in research was descriptivecorrelation. The research statistic population consists of all volunteers participating in twelfth sportcultural Olympiad of male and female students of universities all around the country.133 persons were evaluated as the sample of the research. For collecting data, They completed two questionnaires work ethic of Petty(1990), and satisfaction of volunteer experiences of Mallaei et al (1388). Face and content validity of the questionnaires were approved by experts. Reliability of the questionnaire work ethic (Cronbach's alpha) and satisfaction of volunteer experiences was alpha;=0.82 and alpha;=0.92, respectively. The results of the Pearson correlation showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between work ethic and Satisfaction Volunteers. The stepwise regression analysis showed two aspects of work ethic (healthy relations and diligence at work) had positive and significant role in anticipation the satisfaction of volunteers (p le; 0/01). it is recommended to athletic directors to increase satisfaction in sport volunteers by providing ethic codes and developing work ethic principles.
