محدوده چالش و تعامل با بیگانگان در راستای تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی از دیدگاه قرآن و حدیث

گستردگی تعاملات اقتصادی بین کشورهای جهان، تاثیرپذیری فراوان اقتصاد از سیاست را موجب گشته و راه را برای اعمال فشار قدرت‌ها بر کشورهای غیر همسو با خود هموار ساخته است. از سوی دیگر، تصریح بر رکن «برون‌نگری» در کنار «درون‌زایی» در سیاست‌های کلی اقتصاد مقاومتی، لزوم تعامل با دیگر کشورها را برای تحقق این هدف نمایان می‌سازد. با توجه به اینکه تعاملات اقتصادی در عرصه بین‌المللی، متاثر از سیاست خارجی هر کشور است، این پرسش مطرح می‌شود که موازین و چارچوب‌های دقیق چالش و تعامل با دولت‌ها و جوامع بیگانه و غیر مسلمان مبتنی بر قرآن و سنت چیست؟ به ویژه اینکه در سیره رسول خدا‹ نیز، هم چالش با مشرکان و مقاومت در برابر تحریم اقتصادی آنان مشاهده می‌شود و هم تعامل و توافق. این نوشتار که به روش کتابخانه‌ای و شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی سامان یافته است، تلاش می‌کند ضمن ارائه دقیقِ محدوده و مرزهای چالش و تعامل، مبتنی بر معارف قرآن، به تحلیل سیره پیامبر‹ در این باره بپردازد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که عناصر «دشمنی»، «سلطه‌طلبی»، «ولایت‌پذیری» (در متن تبیین شده) و «نرمش در برابر اصول و احکام اسلامی»، محدودیت‌های تعامل را مشخص می‌سازد و در غیر این صورت، مشروط به رعایت مصالح عمومی، دست حاکم اسلامی برای نرمش و تعامل باز می‌باشد.

The Scope of Challenges and Interactions with Foreigners in order to Achieve the Resistance Economy from the Perspective of Qur’an and Ḥadith

The expansion of economic interactions between the countries of the world has caused the great affectedness of economic from politics and has paved the way for the pressure of powers on nonaligned countries. On the other hand, the stipulation on the pillar of extraterritorial look (outsourcing) along with internalization in the general policies of the resistance economy indicates the necessity of interaction with other countries to achieve this goal. Considering that economic interactions in the international scene are influenced by the foreign policy of each country, the question arises that: what are the exact criteria and frameworks of challenges and interactions with governments and foreign and nonMuslim societies based on the Qur’an and Sunnah (Arabic: سنة)? In particular, there are challenges in the tradition (Sunnah Arabic: سنة) of the Prophet (ṣallá Allāh ‘alayhi wasallam) with polytheists and resistance against their economic sanctions, as well as interaction and agreement. This article, organized by library method and descriptiveanalytical method, tries to analyze the prophet’s (ṣallá Allāh ‘alayhi wasallam) tradition (Sunnah Arabic: سنة) in this regard while providing the exact course and limits of challenge and interaction, based on the teachings of the Qur’an. The research findings show that the elements of enmity (hostility), hegemony (domination), guardianship [It is explained in the text] and facilitating in Islamic principles (uṣūl) and rules (religious law) determine the limits of interaction and otherwise, the Islamic ruler can have more facilitation and interaction conditioned (depend on) to the observance of public interests.
