جایگاه نیازهای اولیه و اساسی انسان در آیات قرآن با نگاهی به نظریه یوهان گالتونگ در مقولۀ صلح و خشونت

از نگاه «یوهان گالتونگ» جنگ صرفاً یک شکل از خشونت است و صلح با ترک مخاصمه به دست نمی‌آید، بلکه در نبود خشونت محقق می‌گردد. گالتونگ خشونت را «اختلال و آسیب قابل اجتناب در مسیر تامین نیازهای اولیۀ انسان‌ها» می‌داند. از این دیدگاه، خشونت بی‌عدالتی است و هر خشونتی سرآغاز زنجیرۀ خشونت‌های بعدی می‌شود. پس برای رسیدن به صلح باید چرخۀ خشونت قطع شود و این امر جز با برچیده شدن مناسبات ناعادلانه و تبعیض‌آمیز در میان ملت‌ها محقق نمی‌شود. از نظر او، فرهنگ منشا این نوع مناسبات است و دین که از مولفه‌های اصلی فرهنگ است، نقش مهمی در برقراری صلح یا رواج خشونت دارد.مسئلۀ اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که نیازهای اولیه و اساسی انسان در آموزه‌های قرآنی چه جایگاهی دارند؟ آیا این نیازها در قرآن محترم شمرده و به رسمیت شناخته شده‌اند؟ پاسخ مثبت به این پرسش به معنای صلح‌محور بودن و پاسخ منفی به آن به معنای خشونت‌محور بودن آموزه‌های اسلامی قرآنی خواهد بود. این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده، در پایان نتیجه می‌گیرد که نیازهای اولیه و اساسی انسان از جایگاه والایی در قرآن برخوردارند و قرابت مفاهیم «فساد» و «سیئه» با «خشونت» و قرابت مفهوم «محاربه به قصد فساد فی‌الارض» با «تروریسم»، نشان‌دهندۀ عزم اسلام برای مبارزه با خشونت و تروریسم است.

The Place of the Primary and Fundamental Human Needs in the Quran Verses with a Look to the Johan Galtung’s Theory in the Categories of Peace and Violence

From the view of Johan Galtung war is merely a form of violence and peace is not gained through armistice but it is took place by the absence of violence. Galtung defines that violence is the avoidable impairment and disturbance for the satisfaction of the fundamental needs of human beings and every violence is the origin of the next chain of violence, Therefore for achieving peace the cycle of violence should be broke and this does not occur except with eliminating the injustice and discriminatory relations among nations. From his view the culture is the origin of these relations and the religion which is of the main components of the culture has a vital role in establishing peace or the propagation of violence. In the present note the main issue is what the place of the primary and basic human needs in the Quran teachings. Have these needs been respected and recognized in the holy Quran? The positive response to this question will mean peacecentered of the Quran teachings and the negative response will mean the violencecentered of the Quran Teachings. This research with analyticdescriptive method has been adopted and at the end it results that the primary and basic human needs have a superior position in the holy Quran. The correlation of the concepts “corruption and shortcomings” with violence and the correlation of the concept “aggression with the intention to create corruption on the earth” with terrorism is a sign of Islam intention to combat with violence and terrorism.
