تاثیر سیاست‌های آموزش عالی بر شاخص‌های توسعه سیاسی در ایران

زمینه و هدف: توسعه سیاسی به تعبیری نهادینه شدن سیاست است. در این توسعه، قانون معیار و مالک اصلی برای هر گونه تفوق افراد بر یکدیگر شمرده و حکومت حق عمومی مردم تلقی می شود. توسعه سیاسی موجب تنوعساختاری، تخصصی شدن و عرفی شدن یک جامعه می شود. هدف این مقاله ارائه مدلی برای بررسی تاثیر سیاست های آموزش عالی بر شاخص های توسعه سیاسی در ایران است. روش: اجرای پژوهش حاضر توصیفی (غیر آزمایشی) و طرح پژوهشی همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری به روشکمترین مجذورات جزئی است که در آن، روابط بین متغیر ها در قالب الگوی علّی مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران و اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی واقع در شهر تهران به تعداد آن ها 1029 نفر می باشند. براساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 280 نفر از مدیران و اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی شهر تهران به عنوان نمونه آماری تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای استفاده شده است.یافته ها: بررسی دادهها نشان داد که؛ که بین المللی شدن آموزش بر توسعه سیاسی ایران تاثیری معنی دار دارد. همچنین تاثیر تجاری سازی ایده های دانشگاهی بر توسعه سیاسی ایران در سطح (0/01) معنی دار است. همچنین ارتباط با صنایع و نهاد های مالی، اهداف و رسالت دانشگاه در راستای توسعه، توسعه اجتماعی دانشگاه و ساختار منعطف سازمانی بر توسعه سیاسی ایران تاثیر معنی داری دارد. در کل سیاست های آموزش عالی میزان 0/81 از تغییرات توسعه سیاسی ایران را پیش بینی می کند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که؛ توسعه سیاسی یکی از شاخه های توسعه است با هدف رسیدن به پیشرفت، صنعتی شدن، رفع فقر، رفع وابستگی، ایجاد تحولات ساختاری و اصطلاحات در تمام بخش های جامعه و گذار از حالت نامطلوب زندگی گذشته به شرایط بهتر. میزان پیشرفت و تحقق توسعه سیاسی در هر نظام، بر اساس سنجش میزان تحقق اهداف آن امکان پذیر است.

the impact of higher education policies on political development indicators in iran

background and aim: political development is the institutionalization of politics. in this development, the law is the standard and the main owner for any superiority of individuals over each other and the government is considered the public right of the people. political development leads to the structural diversity, specialization and secularization of a society. the purpose of this article is to provide a model for examining the impact of higher education policies on political development indicators in iran. method: the present research is descriptive (non-experimental) and the correlational research design is of structural equation type with least squares method in which the relationships between variables are examined in the form of a causal model. the statistical population of the study includes managers and faculty members of universities and institutes of higher education located in tehran, their number is 1029 people. according to cochran's formula, 280 managers and faculty members of universities and higher education institutions in tehran were selected as a statistical sample of the study. a researcher-made questionnaire using stratified random sampling method was used to collect information. results: a review of the data showed that; the internationalization of education has a significant impact on iran's political development. also, the effect of commercialization of academic ideas on iran's political development is significant at the level of (0.01). also, the relationship with industries and financial institutions, the goals and mission of the university for development, the social development of the university and the flexible organizational structure have a significant impact on iran's political development. in general, higher education policies predict 0.81 percent of changes in iran's political development. conclusion: the results showed that; political development is one of the branches of development with the aim of achieving progress, industrialization, poverty alleviation, elimination of dependence, structural changes and terminology in all sections of society and transition from the unfavorable state of the past life to better conditions. the rate of progress and realization of political development in any system is possible based on measuring the extent to which its goals are achieved.
