خط‌ مشی ‌گذاری بهینه ‌سازی مصرف حامل‌های انرژی در شرکت ملی صنایع مس ایران (مورد مطالعه: مجتمع مس سرچشمه)

زمینه و هدف: مدیریت و بهروه وری انرژی یکی از خط مشی های راهبردی کشورها در تامین انرژی مورد نیاز، پاسخگویی به تقاضای انرژی و رفع چالش ها و نگرانی های محیط زیستی است. به همین دلیل هدف این تحقیق تبیین خط‌مشی گذاری بهینه سازی تولید و مصرف حامل‌های انرژی در مجتمع مس سرچشمه است. روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف یک رویکرد اکتشافی دارد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل متخصصان حوزه صنعت مس در سه رده مدیران، روسا و سرپرستان می‌باشد. برای جمع آوری نمونه از روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی استفاده شد و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام گرفت. تعداد نمونه آماری 75 نفر بوده است. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری شده است. در این پژوهش روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون (تم) و نرم افزار اطلس (8) استفاده شده است.یافته ها: یافته‌های پژوهش در قالب یک مدل مفهومی برای عوامل تاثیر گذار بر بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی در شرکت ملی مس سرچشمه ارائه شده است. این مدل شامل 7 حوزه عوامل محیطی، عوامل تولیدی؛ عوامل ساختاری؛ عوامل محتوایی رفتاری؛ مدیریت انرژی؛ شبکه بهره‌وری انرژی و بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی است.نتیجه گیری: نتایج پزوهش نشان داد که؛ تمامی حوزه‌های مدل مفهومی، عوامل تسریع و تسهیل کننده و موانع و محدودیت‌های بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی با توجه به مدل مفهومی مدیریت انرژی در تولید می‌و همکاران (2016) طبقه بندی شده است.

energy carrier consumption optimization policy in national iranian copper industries company (case study: sarcheshmeh copper complex)

background and aim: energy management and efficiency is one of the strategic policies of countries in supplying the required energy, responding to energy demand and addressing their environmental challenges and concerns. therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the policy of optimizing the production and consumption of energy carriers in sarcheshmeh copper complex. method: the present study has an exploratory approach in terms of purpose. the statistical population of this study includes copper industry experts in three categories of managers, heads and supervisors. snowball sampling method was used to collect the sample and it was done until the theoretical saturation was reached. the number of statistical samples was 75 people. research data were collected using semi-structured interviews. in this research, the qualitative method of content analysis (theme) and atlas software (8) have been used. findings: the research findings are presented in the form of a conceptual model for the factors affecting the optimization of energy consumption in sarcheshmeh national copper company. this model includes 7 areas of environmental factors, production factors; structural factors; content_behavioral factors; energy management; network energy efficiency and energy efficiency. conclusion: the results of the study showed that; all areas of conceptual model, accelerating and facilitating factors, and barriers and limitations of energy consumption optimization are classified according to the conceptual model of energy management in may et al. (2016).
