طراحی و اعتبار یابی الگوی آفند الکترونیکی در پدافند هوایی زمین پایه

هدف اصلی این پژوهش طراحی الگوی اقدامات آفند الکترونیکی در پدافند هوایی زمین پایه است .این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش ترکیبی (کیفی-کمی) است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی 15 نفر از خبرگان جنگ الکترونیک بودند و در بخش کمی40 نفر از خبرگان، مدیران و کارشناسان صاحب نظر در حوزه‌ی جنگ الکترونیک و عملیات پدافند هوایی زمین پایه بودند. نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی 14 نفر(بصورت تمام شمار) و در بخش کمی 36 نفر که از طریق جدول مورگان تعیین و با روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. از روش مطالعه اسنادی به‌منظور بررسی ادبیات، پیشینه و اسناد بالادستی، در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه ساختار یافته و روش میدانی، و در بخش کمی از روش پیمایشی برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها فیش، مصاحبه ساختار یافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. برای توصیف داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار و نمودار‌ها)و برای تحلیل داده‌های کمی و پاسخ به سوال‌های تحقیق و تعیین اعتبار الگوی نهایی از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد الگوی طراحی شده دارای دو مولفه اصلی شامل غیر ارتباطی و ارتباطی بوده که هر دو در سطح معنی داری 0.05 مورد تایید قرار گرفتند. همچنین 13 مولفه فرعی الگو در سطح معنی داری 0.05 مورد تایید پاسخ‌دهندگان قرار گرفت. الگوی نهایی تحقیق با هفت شاخص برازش مدل بررسی و برازش آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت.

designing and validating the model of electronic attack on ground-based air defense

the main goal of this research is designing a pattern of electronic offense measures in ground-based air defense. this research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of combined method (qualitative-quantitative). the statistical population of the research in the qualitative part was 15 electronic warfare experts, and in the quantitative part there were 40 experts, managers and experts in the field of electronic warfare and ground-based air defense operations. the statistical sample in the qualitative part is 14 people (in full) and in the quantitative part 36 people who were determined through morgan's table and selected by simple random method. the method of document study was used in order to review the literature, background and upstream documents, and in the qualitative part of the structured interview and field method, and in the quantitative part, the survey method was used to collect data. data collection tools were form, structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire. descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation and graphs) were used to describe the data, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the quantitative data and answer the research questions and determine the validity of the final model. the findings showed that the designed model had two main components including non-communicative and communicative, both of which were confirmed at a significance level of 0.05. the final model of the research was checked with seven model fit indices and its fit was confirmed.
