بررسی اثرات پیشران‌های بازدارنده جنگ ترکیبی با روش تحلیل اثرات متقاطع

یکه‌تازی و انحصارطلبی قدرت‌های جهانی و رقابت تسلیحاتی کشورهای جهان در عصر حاضر، مبین و موید این حقیقت است که طالبان صلح پایدار همواره بایستی آمادگی حضور مقتدرانه در میدان‌های کارزار و مقابله شرافتمندانه علیه دشمن را داشته باشند. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش آینده‌پژوهی، یعنی تحلیل اثرات متقاطع، ابتدا داده‌های اولیه تحقیق را با استفاده ازنظر کارشناسان خبره احصاء و با استفاده از روش دلفی پیشران‌های بازدارنده جنگ را مشخص و سپس با استفاده از روش ماتریس تاثیر متقاطع بررسی میزان تاثیر مولفه‌ها بر همدیگر را به کار گرفته است. با توجه به اقدامات متعدد انجام‌شده 5 مولفه کلیدی؛ اطلاعات، تجهیزات، فناوری، لجستیک و بودجه برای کشور که بخواهد حمله نظامی نماید مشخص شده است. از طرفی با تغییر ماهیت جنگ‌ها و بروز جنگ ترکیبی در بعد نظامی، محققین در تجزیه‌وتحلیل به متغیرهای ریسک شامل: روحیه، عمق، سازمان، گسترش و ترکیب دست یافتند؛ متغیرهایی که با در نظر گرفتن و تقویت آن‌ها در نیروی نظامی می‌توان جلوی حمله نظامی دشمن را سد نمود. برای مقابله با دشمن بایستی روی این متغیرها کار مضاعف نمود؛ روحیه مهم‌ترین عامل تقویت نیروی نظامی است.

power struggles and global competition for weapons among countries in the present era show and support the fact that the taliban must always be ready to have a strong presence on the battlefield and engage in honorable confrontation against the enemy in order to achieve lasting peace. in this research, using the method of futures studies, which is analyzing cross-impacts, first the initial research data was identified by expert statisticians and using the delphi method, the driving and inhibitory factors of war were determined. then, by using the method of cross-impact matrix, the level of influence of components on each other was examined.given the various actions taken, 5 key components have been identified for a country to launch a military attack: information, equipment, technology, logistics, and budget. on the other hand, with the changing nature of wars and the emergence of hybrid warfare in the military dimension, researchers have identified risk variables in analysis including: morale, depth, organization, expansion, and composition; variables that by considering and strengthening them in the military force can prevent enemy military attacks. to counter the enemy, we must work intensively on these variables; morale is the most important factor in strengthening the military force.
