شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی فناوری‌های نرم قابل اکتساب سازمان‌های ن.م از آیین پیاده‌روی اربعین مطالعه موردی: آجا

فناوری‌های نرم دربردارنده ظرفیت‌هایی همچون بهره‌برداری از آیات و روایات، فرهنگ، آیین‌ و... برای اثرگذاری بر مولفه‌ها همچون روح، روان، ذهن و... است. آیین پیاده‌روی اربعین از فناوری‌های نرمی است که در فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری به‌عنوان یک فناوری سرنوشت‌ساز عنوان‌شده است. این پژوهش به شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی فناوری‌های نرم قابل اکتساب از آیین پیاده‌روی اربعین برای سازمان‌های دفاعی با تمرکز بر آجا پرداخته‌شده است. فناوری‌های نرم بر اساس کاربرد از پیشینه استخراج‌شده و سپس به واکاوی ظرفیت‌های قابل اکتساب از پیاده‌روی اربعین به‌منظور ارتقای قابلیت‌های دفاعی آجا پرداخته‌شده است. با نظرسنجی از خبرگان در این حوزه، فناوری‌های نرم قابل اکتساب و معیارهای اولویت‌بندی فناوری‌های نرم کدگذاری شده و پرسشنامه‌ای بر مبنای تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری چند‌معیاره (مقایسات زوجی در فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای و تاپسیس ) طراحی شد و در اختیار آنان قرار گرفت. درنهایت با توجه به داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده از پرسشنامه تکمیل‌شده توسط خبرگان، اولویت و اهمیت هر یک از ابعاد اصلی فناوری‌های نرم که آجا باید بدان‌ها اهتمام داشته باشد، به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که اصلی‌ترین مزایای قابل اکتساب آجا از آیین پیاده‌روی اربعین، عبارت است از: «1- فناوری‌های دین و زندگی»، «2- فناوری‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی» و «3- فناوری‌های نظامی و امنیتی». تحلیل‌ها و نتایج جالب‌توجهی در این خصوص به‌دست‌آمده است که می‌تواند برای سازمان‌های دفاعی راهگشا باشد.

one of the most significant issues raised in wars, which plays a crucial role in strategy and achieving victory, is the understanding of the principles of war. the principles of war consist of a set of general rules that govern the conduct of battle. due to differences in assigned missions, the nature of what specialized forces do, the specific equipment pattern that is related to the nature of its activities and how it executes its missions , etc., the implementation of these principles may vary between forces. effective and efficient air defense, along with leading of forces, requires actions, responses, and general principles to counter threats, which can be achieved by observing and abiding by the principles of war. for this reason, explaining the principles of war in air defense, which is based on establishing a precise, purposeful, and intelligent strategy for air defense operations and the proper deployment of operational and combat systems and personnel, is essential and should be well addressed. the aim of the current research is to “explain the principles of war in air defense operations”. this research has been applied in terms of its objectives, employing a descriptive and qualitative methodology. the approach utilized tools such as interviews and first-hand documents and records that were available. sampling has been purposeful using the theoretical saturation method, and content analysis has been employed to obtain the research results. the findings of this research indicate that adherence to the principles of war ensures victory on the battlefield, and the principles of war applied in air defense operations are somewhat in line with generally accepted principles of war.
