واکاوی اصول جنگ در عملیات پدافند هوایی

از مهم ترین مسائل مطرح در جنگ ها که نقش مهمی در تدبیر و رسیدن به پیروزی دارد شناخت اصول جنگ است. اصول جنگ عبارت است از یک تعداد قواعد کلی که هدایت نبرد را به عهده دارد و با توجه به تفاوت هایی در ماموریت‌های محوله، نوع عمل نیروهای تخصصی، الگوی تجهیزاتی و غیره، اجرای این اصول ممکن است در نیرویی نسبت به نیروی دیگر متفاوت باشد. پدافند هوایی کارآمد و اثربخش و هدایت نیروها، مستلزم اقدامات، راهکنش‌ها و قواعد کلی مقابله با تهدیدات است که با لحاظ نمودن اصول جنگ می‌توان به آن دست یافت. به همین دلیل تبیین اصول جنگ در پدافند هوایی که بر ایجاد یک خط‌مشی دقیق، هدفمند و هوشمند برای عملیات پدافند هوایی و به‌کارگیری صحیح سامانه‌های عملیاتی و رزمی و کارکنان بنا نهاده شده است ضرورت دارد و باید به آن پرداخته شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر «تبیین اصول جنگ در عملیات پدافند هوایی» است. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی بوده و به لحاظ روش‌شناسی، رویکردی توصیفی و کیفی دارد که به کمک ابزارهایی ازجمله مصاحبه و اسناد و مدارک دست اولی که در دسترس بوده است انجام شده است. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند با استفاده از روش اشباع نظری بوده است و به روش تحلیل محتوا برای یافتن نتایج تحقیق استفاده شده است. یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان می دهد که پیروی از اصول جنگ، تضمین‌کننده پیروزی در میدان نبرد بوده و اصول جنگ به‌کاررفته در عملیات پدافند هوایی تا حدودی با اصول جنگ موردقبول همخوانی دارد.

one of the most significant issues raised in wars, which plays a crucial role in strategy and achieving victory, is the understanding of the principles of war. the principles of war consist of a set of general rules that govern the conduct of battle. due to differences in assigned missions, the nature of what specialized forces do, the specific equipment pattern that is related to the nature of its activities and how it executes its missions , etc., the implementation of these principles may vary between forces. effective and efficient air defense, along with leading of forces, requires actions, responses, and general principles to counter threats, which can be achieved by observing and abiding by the principles of war. for this reason, explaining the principles of war in air defense, which is based on establishing a precise, purposeful, and intelligent strategy for air defense operations and the proper deployment of operational and combat systems and personnel, is essential and should be well addressed. the aim of the current research is to “explain the principles of war in air defense operations”. this research has been applied in terms of its objectives, employing a descriptive and qualitative methodology. the approach utilized tools such as interviews and first-hand documents and records that were available. sampling has been purposeful using the theoretical saturation method, and content analysis has been employed to obtain the research results. the findings of this research indicate that adherence to the principles of war ensures victory on the battlefield, and the principles of war applied in air defense operations are somewhat in line with generally accepted principles of war.
