راهکارهای تربیت مدیران جهادی بر اساس بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی

در راستای تحقق آرمان های انقلاب اسلامی و تبعیت از فرامین مقام معظم رهبری در خصوص عملیاتی‌سازی بیانیه گام دوم، این پژوهش انجام گرفته است. ایشان بعد از تبین چهار دهه گذشته برای ورود به گام جدید، این بیانیه را طی هفت توصیه ابلاغ نمودنداند. در این مقاله سعی شده، با تمرکز بر تدابیر خاصی برای تربیت مدیران اقدام عملی و کاربردی صورت گیرد. تحقیقات صورت گرفته با هدف استخراج روش‌های تربیتی، کاربردی، دست یافتنی و منطبق با بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی می باشد. یافتن پاسخ، روش‌های تربیت مدیران جهادی، بر اساس بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی، سوال این پزوهش می باشد. در بدین منظور، از ابزارهای فیش‌برداری و پرسشنامه با تاکید بر شاخص‌هایی چون، ابعاد اندیشه، اخلاق و رفتار، به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است و در پایان جهت تحلیل اطلاعات از روش‌های نمونه‌آماری و آمار توصیفی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج تحقیق به مواردی چون، توجه به مصادیق عینی عزت ملی همچون شهدا، توجه دادن مدیران به روحیه شهادت طلبی و داشتن شهامت، درونی‌سازی فضایل اخلاقی با ممارست خوبی‌ها، هم نشینی با صالحان و حضور در عرصه‌های تحول آفرین و تربیت زا و مورد دیگر اشاره دارد.

approaches for training jihadist managers based on the “second phase of the revolution” statement

in line with the realization of the ideals of the islamic revolution and compliance with the directives of the supreme leader regarding the operationalization of the “second phase of the revolution” statement, this research has been conducted. after explaining the developments in the past four decades for entering a new phase, he communicated this statement through seven recommendations. in this article, an attempt has been made to provide practical and applied measures, with a focus on training managers. the research conducted has been aimed at extracting educational, practical, achievable methods in line with the second step declaration of the islamic revolution. the question of this research is to find answers and explore the methods of training jihadist managers based on the second step declaration of the islamic revolution. for this purpose, data collection tools such as note-taking and questionnaires have been utilized, emphasizing dimensions like thought, ethics, and behavior. in the end, for data analysis, statistical sampling methods and descriptive statistics have been employed, using spss software. the research results point to aspects such as attention to concrete examples of national dignity, such as martyrs, helping managers focus on fostering a spirit of self-sacrifice (martyrdom) and having courage, internalizing ethical virtues through practicing good deed, associating with the righteous, and participating in transformative and educational fields.
