معرفی عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی فرهنگی- اجتماعی موثر بر راهبردهای دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در حوزه خلیج‌فارس

امروزه کشورهای دنیا تلاش می‌کنند با بهره‌گیری از عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی نسبت به اتخاذ راهبردهای مناسب در راستای منافع ملّی خود اقدام نمایند. منطقه خلیج‌فارس و کشورهای پیرامونی آن‌ یکی از مناطق راهبردی دنیا است که به دلیل ارزش‌های ارتباطی، ژئواکونومیکی، ژئوپلیتیکی و ژئواستراتژیکی از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار است. هدف این مقاله، شناسایی عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی فرهنگی- اجتماعی موثر بر راهبردهای دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در خلیج‌فارس است. نوع تحقیق توسعه ای و روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و موردی زمینه‌ای است. شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی است و با بهره‌گیری از اسناد و مصاحبه با خبرگان عوامل شناسایی و نسبت به تعیین نقش آن‌ها در قالب بسترهای فرصت‌آفرین، تهدید زا، قوت و ضعف اقدام گردید. در تحلیل کیفی از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شده است.در بخش کمی نیز پرسش‌نامه‌های مربوطه طراحی گردیده و بین جامعه آماری 40 نفری به‌صورت تمام شمار توزیع و با روش‌های تجزیه‌وتحلیل آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و نرم‌افزار spss به جمع‌بندی و ارزیابی سوال‌های تحقیق پرداخته شده است. درنهایت 17 عامل استخراج و معرفی گردید که «مسلمان بودن و پیروی اکثریت مردم منطقه از اسلام و وجود اماکن مقدس مسلمانان در مکه و مدینه» و «رویکرد منفی کشورها به ایران زمینه و بسترساز پدیده‌هایی چون ایران هراسی و شیعه هراسی در منطقه» و «وجود مذهب شیعه به‌عنوان عوامل پایدار انسجام بخش و وحدت‌آفرین در میان ملت ایران و از عناصر بسیار مهم در بازپیدایی هویت ایرانی» به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عوامل ژئوپلیتیک فرهنگی-اجتماعی موثر بر راهبردهای دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در خلیج‌فارس رتبه‌بندی گردیدند.

the countries of the world are trying to adopt appropriate strategies in line with their national interests by taking advantage of geopolitical factors. the persian gulf region and its surrounding countries is one of the strategic regions of the world, which is very important due to its communication, geo-economic, geo-political and geo-strategic values. the purpose this article is identify socio-cultural geopolitical factors affecting the defense strategies of the iran in the persian gulf, it has been implemented with a descriptive-analytical method , contextual case. the type is developmental and collecting library and field information and interviews with experts to identify these factors and to determine their role in the form of opportunistic, threatening, strength and weak . the qualitative analysis, the content analysis method. the quantitative, the relevant questionnaires were designed and distributed among the statistical population of 40 summarized by the methods of descriptive and inferential statistics analysis and spss. finally 17 factors were extracted, such as the fact that the majority of the people in the region are muslim and follow islam and the presence of muslim holy places in mecca and medina and the negative approach of countries towards iran is the basis for phenomena such as iranophobia and shiaphobia in the region and the existence of the shia religion as a stable factor of unity and unity among the iranian nation and one of the very important elements in the recovery of the iranian identity were ranked as the most important socio-cultural geopolitical factors .
