ارزیابی فعالیت‌های دوره تربیتی-مهارتی رزم در کویر در نبرد ناهمتراز

یکی از بهبود ارتقای ظرفیت‌های سرمایه‌های انسانی سازمان‌ها، ارائه آموزش‌های تئوری و مهارتی مطلوب‌تر و اثربخش‌تر است. هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی دوره تربیتی-مهارتی رزم در کویر در نبرد ناهمتراز، در یک مرکز آموزش نظامی و بهبود عملکرداست. پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف، کاربردی، از حیث زمان، مقطعی و از حیث روش، توصیفی-پیمایشی و موردی است. جامعه آماری موردبررسی مشتمل بر چهار دسته از ذی‌نفعان اصلی دوره مهارت‌ورزی رزم در کویر یک مرکز آموزشی است که در این پژوهش از میان تعداد 482 نفر، 232 نفر به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی-طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات دقیق از چهار نوع  پرسشنامه تخصصی محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد که روایی آنها بوسیله روایی محتوا و سازه، و پایایی آنها نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با بهره‌مندی از نرم‌افزار lisrel، تایید شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به وسیله سنجه‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون‌های t استودنت تک‌گروهی و فریدمن) با بهره‌مندی از نرم‌افزار spss، انجام گردید. نتایج نشان داد «مطلوبیت کلّی دوره تربیتی-مهارتی رزم در کویر» مرکز آموزشی موردمطالعه (با میانگین و انحراف‌معیار ) در وضعیت «نسبتاً مطلوبی» قرار دارد. همچنین رتبه‌بندی فعالیت‌های چهار‌گانه عملکردی دوره نشان داد «فعالیت‌های آموزشی-تخصصی دوره» (با میانگین و انحراف‌معیار ) دارای بالاترین رتبه و وضعیت «مطلوب» (بر اساس الگوی استاندارد مطلوبیت) و «فعالیت‌های آماد و لجستیکی دوره» (با میانگین و انحراف‌معیار ) دارای پایین‌ترین رتبه و وضعیت «نسبتاً مطلوب» در مقایسه با سایر فعالیت‌های دوره قرار دارد. بمنظور ارتقای کیفی هرچه بیشتر مطلوبیت دوره تربیتی-مهارتی رزم در کویر، مرکز آموزش موردمطالعه در گام نخست می‌بایستی تمرکز خود را بر روی ارتقای وضعیت فعالیت‌ها و سنجه‌های ارزیابی با نتیجه «نسبتاً مطلوب» متمرکز نماید.

evaluating the activities of training-skill training course in the desert in unbalanced battle and providing improvement solutions

one of the ways to improve the human capital capacities of organizations is to provide better and more effective theoretical and skill training. the purpose of this research is to evaluate the educational-skill training course in the desert in unequal combat, in a military training center and to improve performance. the current research is applied in terms of purpose, cross-sectional in terms of time, and descriptive-survey and case in terms of method. the statistical population under investigation consists of four categories of main beneficiaries of the martial arts training course in the desert of an educational center, and in this research, 232 people were selected by stratified random sampling among 482 people. four types of specialized researcher-made questionnaires were used to collect detailed information, and their validity was confirmed by content and construct validity, and their reliability was confirmed by using cronbach’s alpha coefficient and structural equation modeling with the benefit of lisrel software. data analysis was done by descriptive and inferential statistical measures (one-group student’s t-test and friedman) using spss software. the results showed that the overall desirability of the education-skill training course in the desert of the studied training center (with a mean and standard deviation of 3.46±0.74) is in a relatively favorable situation. also, the ranking of the four functional activities of the course showed that educational-specialized activities of the course (with a mean and standard deviation of 3.73 ± 0.84) have the highest rank and status of desirable (based on the standard model of desirability) and preparedness and logistic activities of the course (with an average and the standard deviation of 0.99±2.81) has the lowest rank and relatively favorable status compared to other activities of the course. in order to improve the quality as much as possible of the desirability of the training-skill training course in the desert, the training center under study should, in the first step, focus on improving the status of activities and evaluation criteria with a relatively favorable result.
