واکاوی نشانه های دیپلماسی دفاعی در بیانات مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله العالی)

حفظ امنیت مهمترین دغدغه کشورهاست، .زیرا بدون امنیت پیشرفت و ترقی حاصل نخواهد شد. یکی از شیوه‌های تحقق امنیت استفاده از روش دیپلماسی می‌باشد که وزارت امورخارجه عهده دار آن است،  اما درکنار دستگاه دیپلماسی سازمان دفاعی نیز می‌تواند با به کارگیری شیوه دیپلماسی دفاعی امنیت را تامین کند. این پژوهش در پاسخ به این پرسش است که نشانه‌های دیپلماسی دفاعی مقام معظم رهبری چیست؟ که در پاسخ، در بیانات مقام معظم رهبری 10 شاخص اصلی دیپلماسی دفاعی مقام معظم رهبری از بیانات ایشان را استخراج  نموده و سپس دسته بندی نموده و تاثیرات آنها در قدرت نرم ج . ا . ایران مورد واکاوی قرار گرفته است. چارچوب نظری برمبنای نظریه تهدید نرم می‌باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد و داده‌ها و منابع آن به روش کتابخانه‌ای گرد‌آوری شده است. نتایج نهایی بررسی داده‎ها نشان می‌دهد که دیپلماسی دفاعی، می‌تواند منافع و اهداف نظام سیاسی را بدون کاربرد قدرت سخت تامین کند و دیپلماسی دفاعی را می‌توان بخشی از ضرورت های راهبردی در دوران جنگ نرم دانست ونهایتا رسالتِ دیپلماسیِ دفاعی افزایشِ قدرت ملی به منظور دفعِ تهدیدهای نرمِ دشمن در همۀ عرصه‌های سیاسی و نظامی و اقتصادی است.

maintaining security is the most important concern of countries, because without security, progress and development will not be achieved. one of the ways to achieve security is the use of diplomacy, which is the responsibility of the ministry of foreign affairs, but in addition to the diplomacy of the defense organization, it can also use the method of defense diplomacy provides security.this research is in response to the question that what are the signs of the supreme leader’s defense diplomacy? in response to the research question, in the statements of the supreme leader, 10 main indicators of the defense diplomacy of the supreme leader were extracted from his statements and then categorized, and their effects on the soft power of iran were analyzed. the theoretical framework is based on the soft threat theory. the method. the current research is descriptive-analytical, and its data and sources have been collected using a library method. the final results of the review of views show that defense diplomacy can provide the interests and goals of the political system without the use of hard power, and defense diplomacy can be considered a part of the strategic imperatives in the era of soft war, and finally, the mission of defense diplomacy is to increase national power in order to repel the soft threats of the enemy are in all political, military and economic fields.
