راهبردهای سیاسی، نظامی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی ایران با کشورهای حوزۀ خلیج‌ فارس

رویکردهای همسایگی در طول تاریخ حیات کشورها، دستخوش تغییرات و تحولات مختلفی شده است که ناشی از عوامل داخلی و خارجی است. اعمال قدرت کشورهای خارجی، شرایط ژئوپلیتیکی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، نظامی و نیز تفاوت‌های فرهنگی، قومی و مذهبی، در طول تاریخ باعث بروز چالش‌ها، همگرایی‌ها و واگرایی‌های کشورهای همسایه نسبت به هم شده است. ایران نیز یکی از کشورهای تاثیرگذار منطقه است که در طول ادوار گذشته، دارای نوسانات هم‌جواری با همسایگان خود بوده است که پس از انقلاب اسلامی، این نوسانات به دلیل سیاست‌های کشورهای غربی و خاصه آمریکایی‌ها و نیز سوءبرداشت‌های کشورهای منطقه و به ویژه کشورهای حوزه‌ خلیج‌ فارس بیشتر شده است. در شرایط جدید و با رویکرد همسایه‌گرایی دولت سیزدهم، به نظر می‌رسد که رویکردی نوین به همسایگان در حال شکل‌گیری است که این رویکرد نیازمند تدوین و اجرای راهبردهایی در ابعاد سیاسی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و نظامی است که با استفاده از آن‌ها بتوان به ترمیم چالش‌ها و سوءبرداشت‌های گذشته پرداخت. در این مقاله ضمن معرفی مختصر کشورهای حوزه‌ خلیج‌ فارس، به ارائه‌ راهبردهایی برای پی‌ریزی رویکرد نوین در رابطه با همسایگان پرداخته می‌شود.

neighborhood approaches have undergone various changes and developments throughout the life history of countries, which are due to internal and external factors. the exercise of foreign power, geopolitical, political, economic, military conditions, as well as cultural, ethnic and religious differences, have historically caused challenges, convergences and aggressions of neighboring countries. iran is also one of the influential countries in the region, which has had fluctuations in proximity to its neighbors during the past periods. and approaches of j.a. iran originated. in the new situation and with the neighborhood approach of the thirteenth government, it seems that a new approach to the neighbors is being formed, which requires the formulation and implementation of strategies in political, economic, cultural and military dimensions that can be used to repair challenges and past misunderstandings. in this article, while briefly introducing the countries of the persian gulf, strategies for presenting a new approach in relation to neighbors are presented.
