نگاشت مفاهیم کلیدی بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب در ماموریت‌ های نرم سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، نگاشت مفاهیم کلیدی بیانیه گام انقلاب در ماموریت‌‌های نرم سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی است. به عبارت دیگر این مقاله به دنبال احصاء الزامات ماموریتی و راهبردی جدید سپاه در حوزه نرم مبتنی بر دلالت‌‌های بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب است.  در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش دلالت‌‌پژوهی، متن بیانیه مرورشده و دلالت‌های مختلف هر یک از عبارات این بیانیه بر ماموریت‌‌ و راهبردهای سپاه پاسداران در حوزه نرم احصاء شده است. در هر یک از بخش‌‌های بیانیه برای دستیابی به اشباع نظری از سایر بیانات مرتبط مقام معظم رهبری نیز استفاده شده است. دلالت‌‌های احصاءشده با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون دسته‌‌بندی شده‌‌اند.  با انجام پژوهش، دلالت‌های استخراج‌‌شده در قالب 330 مضون پایه، 86 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 15 مضمون فراگیر دسته‌‌بندی شدند.  تبیین مبانی و اهداف انقلاب اسلامی، ارتقای بصیرت در حوزه دشمن‌شناسی و مقابله با نقشه‌ها و برنامه‌های دشمن، حضور هدفمند در عرصه‌های اقتصادی برای حمایت از تولید، اجرای کامل اصول اقتصاد مقاومتی، استفاده از توانمندی گروه‌های مردم‌نهاد و جوانان انقلابی برای حضور در عرصه‌های انقلاب، صدور انقلاب بر مبنای اجرای اصول سیاست خارجی انقلابی، بررسی و تبیین اندیشه و فرهنگ حاکم بر دنیای غرب، ایجاد ساختار‌های جدید و سازوکارهای قوی و برنامه‌ریزی جامع و متناسب با موضوعات روز برای پیشبرد امور، استفاده از همه ظرفیت‌ها و ابزار برای تبیین و ترویج سبک زندگی اسلامی، تبیین مفهوم عدالت‌خواهی و نظریه‌پردازی کاربردی در مورد آن، انجام مطالعات تخصصی در حوزه سبک زندگی و تبیین ابعاد مختلف آن، حمایت از گروه‌ها و مردم آزاده و مقاوم در منطقه در راستای صدور انقلاب، استفاده از همه ظرفیت‌ها، ابزارها و توانمندی‌ها برای ترویج معنویت در جامعه، تربیت محقق و پژوهش‌گر برای بررسی نیازهای آینده و حمایت از تولید علم و دانش بر مبنای نیاز آینده کشور، از نتایج این پژوهش هستند.

mapping the primary concepts of the second step statement of the islamic revolution on the soft missions of islamic revolution guards corps

purpose: the purpose of this study is to map the key concepts of the revolution step statement in the missions of the islamic revolutionary guard corps. in other words, this article seeks to enumerate the new mission and strategic requirements of the irgc based on the implications of the statement of the second step of the revolution.method: in this research, using the method of signification research, the text of the statement is reviewed and different meanings each of the statements in this statement refers to the mission and strategies of the revolutionary guards in each section of the statement to achieve theoretical saturation other related orders from the supreme leader have also been used. the numbered implications are categorized using the context analysis method.findings: by conducting research, the implications extracted in the form of 330 basic themes, 86 organizing themes and 15 comprehensive themes were categorize.conclusion: the findings of the present research are: explaining the principles and goals of the islamic revolution, promoting insight in the field of hostility and confronting enemy plans and programs, purposeful presence in the economic arena to support production, the full implementation of the principles of resistance economics, using the potential of non-governmental organizations and revolutionary youth to participate in the arenas of the revolution, to issue a revolution based on the implementation of the principles of foreign policy revolutionary, studying and explanation of the thought and culture of the western world, creating new structures and strong mechanisms and comprehensive and proportionate planning, using all the capacities and tools with the topics of the day to advance things to explain and promote the islamic lifestyle, explaining the concept of justice and applied theorizing about that, conducting specialized studies in the field of lifestyle and explaining its various dimensions, supporting free and resilient groups and people in the region for spreading revolution, using all capacities, tools and capabilities to promote spirituality in society, training researchers to examine future needs and supporting the production of science and knowledge based on the future needs of the country.
