شیوه‌های بهینه‌سازی آموزش نیروهای مردمی مطالعه موردی (واحدهای بیت‌المقدس)

برای مقابله با تهدیدات پیش رو در قالب ساختار و سازمان جدید، افزایش تهدیدات نوین در محیط پیرامونی جمهوری اسلامی و ضرورت ایجاد آمادگی روزافزون برای حفظ انقلاب اسلامی، باعث شده تا بخشی از دکترین عملیاتی سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی در بخش سازمان و نیروی انسانی و تجهیزات تغییر پیدا کند تا بتواند آمادگی لازم برای مقابله با تهدیدات را در خود ایجاد نماید. این پژوهش از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و به‌صورت کاربردی و با استفاده از ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی، ضمن انجام مطالعات نظری و مشاهدات میدانی، در قالب پرسش‌نامه مشتمل بر 30 سوال بسته و یک سوال باز به منظور اخذ نظر جامعه نمونه آماری تنظیم و طراحی شده است. در ادامه، پرسشنامۀ این پژوهش بین 50 نفر از افراد خبره و صاحب‌نظر مرتبط با موضوع در قالب جامعه نمونه آماری که به‌صورت تمام‌شمار انتخاب ‌شده‌اند توزیع شد. نتیجه پژوهش به بهینه‌سازی آموزش در بخش مولفه های چهارگانه 1- مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای رزمی عمومی 2- مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای رزمی تخصصی 3- تمرینهای رسته‌ای و یگانی و 4- اعتقادی و معنوی و آمادگی جسمانی انجامید.

optimal methods of training the people’s forces: a case study of the units of jerusalem

to deal with the threats in the form of a new structure and organization, the increase of new threats in the environment of the islamic republic and the need to create increasing readiness to maintain the islamic revolution, has become part of the operational doctrine of the irgc in the organization and manpower and equipment to be able to prepare for the threats. using data collection tools in a library and field, this research from an analytical, applied descriptive method while conducting theoretical studies and field observations, in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 30 closed-ended questions and an open-ended question for obtaining a statistical sample community.  later, the questionnaire of this study was distributed among 50 experts and experts related to the subject in the form of a full -fledged sample community. the results of the research led to the optimization of education in the four components section; (1) of the general professional martial professional skills, (2) specialized martial arts skills, (3) currency and unique exercises, and (4) spiritual and physical fitness.
